Ordered a small parcel to be delivered to uk. They say clearly on their shipping page they deliver worldwide. Paid international shipping to be shipped to my address in uk. Ordered said would be despatched within 24 hours. Despatched after 1 week. Recieved notification to 'collect' in australia within 2 weeks. Address to collect was the same address to send any returns. No response from store after 5 emails and 3 'contact us'messages despite the site saying they will respond within 24-48 hrs and impossible to contact australia post without providing an australian postcode. Worse I read any deliveries delivered and returned to them they charge $20.00 handling fee. (The product ordered was only $12.00). As of this moment, over 3 months later, ive still no reply, still no parcel and no sign of a refund anytime soon.
Worst experience I've ever had purchasing abroad and will never do it again.
Would never recommend.

I placed an order in early april 2020 which was sent on the 14th April. 17+ weeks later i finally received it on 14th August.

I was so excited to finally receive my package to be disappointed yet again when part of my order wasn't in there.

The customer service team were very rude and un helpful.

Had a great experience and ordered twice now. The products take a little bit to be dispatched but they are transparent about that in emails etc and it seems to be a small operation so I think allowances should be made there. Products have arrived well packaged and safe and are exactly as advertised. No issues at all. Will buy again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I received faulty product(s) and asked politely via email about my items and what I can do about this and I've been blocked. Same for Facebook as well. I'm absolutely disgusting in their lack of communication and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE VIA THEM!! I would have been a loyal customer but now I've been burnt.

Would rate nothing if I could. Don't buy from this company. After enquiring where my order was I was told it would be sent out the following week. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven't received it. Samantha no longer responds to my emails. Hopeless

Terrible customer service. After weeks of my order not arriving I contacted them through their insta which is where I ordered through. No answer but they were posting. I tried again. No answer still. So I commented on one of their posts asking for someone to respond but they kept getting deleted. They can post and delete comments they don’t like but not respond to a customer.. I started to worry as I ordered over $200 worth of products so I commented again saying I’d need to go to fair trading if I don’t get a response. I was blocked. So I had to go through pay pal to get my money back and they did an investigation. We get an email over a month later saying it’s been shipped. I don’t know why it took so long as all the products where available on their website and they didn’t send me any indication on when to expect my order and read my messages and ignored/ blocked me. Not once did they apologise. Products are actually ok besides a UV lamp looking cheap like they got it from wish and selling at a higher price. Will never order from them again, very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I shouldn’t have to fight to get what’s rightfully mine.
Since an initial complaint they have had the nerve to say I was scamming them. All because pay pal contacted them in regards to my order which they did not ship or respond to me in a timely matter (I’m talking months with no word). Please don’t waste your money, it’s not worth the stress.
