If only I could give 0 stars to this pathetic excuse for a streaming service.

The app itself is slow & lags constantly.
Live sport? Forget it! Buffers every 5–10 seconds.
The help service are useless - “have you tried turning off your tv and turning it back on again?” 🤣

Complete joke - avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Poor quality app for discovery and programme choice is limited as well . I will cancel my subscription next month.

Awful company. In app purchases for things that seem to be offered for free in adverts for channel. Sky should be ashamed for teaming up with these thieves.

Total utter rubbish. All we need to do is to access the app. Why make it so complicated? I gave up trying to watch a Premiership rugby match, it would have finished by the time I succeeded. A complete waste of time. Dump it.

Terrible clunky, faulty app that crashes all the time and often has no sound. An absolute joke for the subscription cost. Customer service is slow and avoidant when asking for a refund.

By far the worst App in the history of diabolical apps , slow, clunky, unreliable and pure garbage. Not only is it not worth the £3 a month, it's not even worth being FREE ..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everytime I watch anything on TNT sports its like watching on a TV from the 70s. Buffers, poor quality. All my other channels are fine and Sky say its the broadcaster who is the issue. Please sort this out. It's criminal that I pay a lot for an HD channel and get worse than SD

£31 pm for adverts. Adverts. Adverts, adverts. Not even good adverts. The SAME boring adverts. This is not what I expect to pay ... For yes... You guess it ... More damn Adverts!! Rugby on TNT, yes buffering initially, but sorted out when watching from beginning. (not live). Thankfully! Grey enough! Premium Plus + Adverts = Unethical Scam at this price!

Used to be good with adda free...I made the mistake of renewing without paying attention and them noticed it is now a shitty full of adds paying channel. AVOID!! So So so annoying! And obviously no refund possible.

Every since discovery got the football it's been shocking. It's EVERY SINGLE GAME .

It's a joke.. they need to sort out there app fast.
If I paid for the app I would be fuming.

Not worth £3 a month at all. Boring shows, nothing really interesting. The unsubscribing process couldn't be more difficult. If I sub on TV I should be allowed to easily unsub there too... anyway, when you try to unsub online you get at least 4-5 additional clicks asking you to change your mind before you can actually unsub... nightmare.

Terrible set up/ activation... Said 'Get D+ at no cost'. falsely advertised European football this week, so I didn't go to the pub to watch it. Jumped through all the hoops to activate, to be told I need TNT Sports subscription! so whats the point, if I have sky I have TNT available. Complete waste of time, over promissing and under delivering

General issue with login usage which needs bar code and access id everytime we use it. Nowhere near as intuitive as other apps, definitely needs improvement to progress.

Far to many adverts for a paid for service

They just don't listen. My Google Play account was clearly hacked and whoever hacked it, subscribed to Discovery+. I immediately changed password and removed the unknown device. ALL GOOD. I asked D+ to close my account as I don't use it.

Bizarrely, there is no payment coming from my account, so I am not losing any money, yet. But my account was still hacked. I don't know how or where the payment came from? I am so nervous and worried its going to appear from my account somewhere.

They are REFUSING to close/delete my account whilst I have a 'live subscription'. Why? Its a SCAM and they are refusing to close my account.

I have spent hours explaining this to them, and they come back with the same answer every time.

I have ask 3 x times for their complaints policy and procedure - they asked me to set out what my complaint was. I did.

They still remain MUTE on the subject.

Stay clear is my advice, all good when nothing goes wrong.

It has to be the worst streaming service to navigate around - takes ages to find what you after and if in the middle of watching something you ars kicked out you have to spend another 10mins finding your programme again

Next to zero content unless you want to watch sport and there's not much of that .
Definitely will not subscribe again

Pay £30 a month for this site, go to watch ufc and they now charge an extra £20 per event and you can’t even watch the prelims, so you’re looking at £70 per month just to watch 2 events and maybe the occasional football. SCAM.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH APP. BUFFERS ALL THE TIME.

I tried cancelling my subscription but for whatever reason it did not go through. I was able to demonstrate this with screenshots and emails etc. they still charged me and would not refund the months of fees they took despite no activity in the account during the disputed period.
Never subscribing to Discovery+ ever again. And the thing is I’d been using them in the same pattern for years. To watch Champions league; when it’s done I cancel till next season; and they can see that but they lose a good customer instead of refunding 3 months of subs. Madness!
