I want to say thank you to Ruth Olbrych and the Distinctive Chesterfields USA company for making my dream and wish come true. My new living room set (2 chairs and sofa) is perfect, I could not ask for better. I am 6 foot 2 and an amputee, the biggest challenge for me is getting out of furniture to an upright position, due to most if not all furniture is made for shorter people. Upon contacting Ruth Olbrych (representative of company) she put me at ease upon telling me they can make the furniture to fit my height. I was so relieved, so the finished design added 6 additional inches to the overall height of each piece. After a short period of time I was notified the pieces were ready to come to the states. They arrived, were delivered and installed by a great staff. Overall, the experience was so rewarding and comforting to finally have furniture to accommodate my height, I cannot thank you enough for what you did for me. Thank you,

Hi everyone called to distinctive chesterfields in ( Huddersfield ) with my mum looking for a sofa , we had been to all the major stores , and nothing took her eye until we called in here , the lady in store was lovely she understood what my mum was looking for , showed her some designs and bingo my mum picked one , it came 7 weeks later , and the delivery men were excellent too , deffo recommend this store

These are the best quality chairs I have ever had! The process was super simple, from selecting the fabric to arranging shipping, shipment and also aftercare has all been amazing!
You can tell how well made the chairs are, they look stunning, they are super comfortable and really couldn’t fault them.
The courier used was also great, they brought the chairs into the room I wanted, unpacked the chairs and removed the packaging as well as adding the legs to the chairs which meant the whole process was super simple and I didn’t have to lift a finger.
We have had the chairs for over a month now and they are just so comfy, the cushions are also great as they don’t need re-plumping everytime you stand up.
I really cannot recommend any more! We have 2 of the Hatfield chairs.

We had visited other showrooms but at distinctive chesterfield we felt confident they would deliver AND the furniture is made locally. Not a long wait from ordering to delivery All went smoothly and we really like our chesterfield. Definitely recommend. Bought early 2024. Apologies for delay in reviewing.

Late delivery. Two pieces of the corner sofa didn't fit properly together. Cushions were misshaped and discoloured.
Attempts made to fix the existing sofa then taken away for a full rebuild. Really bad Comms from the sales staff and had to escalate to the owner.
A shame as it's a local company but I couldn't use them again.
Just received an email to comment today on my experience so it's a little out dated. Maybe they're awesome now 😁

Really helpful customer service. So many samples to choose from, the build is amazing. The fabric is soft the only issue was there was so much choice. I am now considering which room to decorate next to get myself a chaise long so I have an excuse to purchase again

I ordered a chesterfield from distinctive chesterfield, a 3 seater Kensington sofa.
The craftsmanship is impeccable with a good solid build and built for comfort.
They even carried it up to my apartment at the cost of a brew and biscuits.
