So thin its like a cheap market rip off
Its to short, tiny.

I bought a coat online from DKNY site

I bought a coat online from DKNY site. Confirmation email said it would arrive within 10 days. Tracking was still saying processing in that time so I emailed them. After a few emails back & forth they went from, it’s with the courier to don’t know where order is to it’s in New York then being processed. It would depend on who was replying to me. After a month I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I’m so disappointed as I really wanted the coat but I’d never order again from them

Bought a bag as a gift back in early…

Bought a bag as a gift back in early November. 23/12/25 ,and has arrived. Their tortoises are working overtime and I should get it in another 2 or 3 weeks.
If you can't cope with business online. Just stop. Because I wouldn't buy the brand again EVER. I had to go to Next and a gift was delivered 2 days.

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a jacket and paid extra to have it sent express shipping because I am moving out of the country only to find out, after several days, that it is back ordered. I never received a notification about it. I hope they actually cancel the order and refund my money. Very disappointed I will likely never shop here again.

Do NOT order online with DKNY, I should have checked reviews first, my order has been sitting for 6 days so far waiting to be shipped out, they will not even refund my money while they wait to figure out where it is, I’ll be disputing the charges, save yourself and DO NOT order from this company online!’😡😡

Probably have to wait over a month for my order.

I placed and fully paid for my order on November 28th, expecting it well in advance as it was intended to be a Christmas present. However, according to the GLS tracking information, the shipment is still marked as “preliminary information... the parcel has not yet been handed over to GLS.” More than a week later, nothing has changed.
It is very frustrating to see that the parcel appears to have never left the warehouse, despite the order being processed long ago. At this point, it is unlikely that the delivery will arrive in time for Christmas, even though the order was placed with sufficient lead time.
This lack of transparency and the excessive delay after payment has been unacceptable. I expected significantly better logistics coordination and communication from a brand like DKNY.

Inaccurate Shipping Expectations

I ordered 2 items on 12/7/25 and one of them was on backorder (even though I was able to add it to my cart and check out). The tracking says the FedEx shipping label was created on 12/12, but DKNY has not released my order to FedEx. Their website says order before 12/15 to receive your order before Christmas. Here's hoping the order arrives before Valentine's Day or Easter. I had the same issue last Christmas. 2 years in a row. I won't be ordering again.

If you keep contacting them you soon realise they are lying to you and just repeat the same lie each time just to get you off the line and that the management are dealing with it . . They received my return. after I sent DHL track number and gave order number but you hear nothing from them . If you ask to speak to a manger they say you can’t ring or email them . This company needs investigated!!!! Never experienced anything like it

Took a month to arrive

Placed an order on the 19th November, it took a week for the item to get despatched, then another 2 weeks of live chat and emails to find out why I hadn’t yet received the parcel, then after complaining and requesting either a new item be sent or my money back, the parcel is on its way again. I received it yesterday, which I am so pleased with as it arrived just in time for my birthday. I have seen some different products I would like but Unfortunately this has put me off buying again, it was just stressful!

UPDATE:
Received 4days after posting the review, and the quality of the item is great and sizing is perfect. To be clear, DKNY products are great, it's just the shipping timelines need to be updated on their website to be accurate, so customers outside of the US can get accurate estimates of when they can expect delivery.

ORIGINAL:
Placed an order on 30th Nov, it's now the 15 Dec and still no updates. Contacted customer service who assured me the order is on its way. When asked where it was specifically, they could not reply. Just said to give it more time. I said i've waited enough (2 weeks) already, but happy to wait another week - after which if i don't receive any updates, i'd like the order cancelled and refunded. They said they couldn't cancel as the order 'has been shipped already' and to be more 'patient because it will arrive'. I told them the info on the website is very misleading then, and they kept saying to 'give it more time'. Upon requesting the chat transcript, this was not provided. Not a great experience so far! Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service, miss-leading postage information & undelivered item

I purchased an item from DKNY. On the website it stated delivery would take 7 - 15 days. The status of the item remained as PROCESSING. I contacted DKNY customer support on 3/4 occasions, each time being told the item was in customs and would be with me shortly.
After 38 days of waiting, I contacted customer support again to be told my item MAY be lost and they would need to investigate it which could take 3 - 5 days. As you would expect, I requested a full refund. To me two things stand out.
1. DKNY provide miss-leading delivery info on the checkout page. The customer support representative informed me that the stated 7 - 15 days is when the item arrives in the destination country and that until then the carrier delivery time is in effect. This could take up to an additional 28 days. And when you do finally get them to query about the item, it's an additional 3 - 5 days. This should be made clear during checkout. Also based on my experience, DKNY do not follow up with a courier to verify an item is delivered. It's only when/if a customer queries that anything would happen. But even if you do, like me you would most likely be told it's on it's way.
2. Customer service do not seem to work directly for DKNY and cannot answer queries about orders only state they will make a request to DKNY and that it would take 3 - 5 days. One one occasion a customer service representative even replied with details about another company, not DKNY. So they work on multiple company queries at the same time, providing scripted answers. And finally they do not take responsibility and avoid providing chat transcripts. I do not blame the customer service representatives for my issue. But when I requested details about my order expressing issues and then requested a chat transcript, i never got one.
But after my first time contacting them, when I did not address concerns I got not only a chat transcript but also a prompt to review the customer service representative.
In summary, I would not buy from DKNY online.

DKNY WAREHOUSE falsifying the WEIGHT OF SHIPPING LABELS

DKNY creates shipping labels that are falsified with incorrect weight of items in each parcel. When customers received the parcels items are missing and DKNY refuses to take full responsibility. For example I bought tracksuits pairs and other items, according to the tacking with FedEx parcel is showing it weighs less than a Kg, and as per DKNY 8 items in the parcel including 2 pairs of heavy tracksuits. How is it possible for so many items to weigh less than a kg in one parcel. They are fabricating parcels and labels inside the warehouse. Customers will accused the delivery companies, when in fact it is DKNY!!!

Don’t bother

Placed an order on the 30th Nov for Black Friday. No contact from DKNY. It’s now the 10th Dec, and I’ve received an email from PayPal (‘Your refund is on its way’). No contact from DKNY explaining the situation, etc. Very poor experience.

This company is horrible. Delivery and customer service. They provide a script for the people, who can barely speak English, and that's what you get. No extra mile or service.

This company is horrible. For it to be a high-end merchant, the quality of customer service is atrocious. The first two pairs of pants I ordered on sale for $139 each came and look nothing like the picture. I returned, and have to wait 14 days to get my money returned. Then I ordered two more pairs of pants on December 2, and I still have not received my pants. The package sat in Whittesett, NC for 3 days. I got an update this morning stating that the package is in Pennsylvania. Please help me make sense of this. These were my first time ordering from Donna Karan, and I will never order from them again. I get better service from Walmart.

Please don’t buy from this site!

I ordered from this site two weeks ago, thinking I’d made some great early Black Friday deals, but I think I may just have gotten scammed instead! It’s been two weeks and still no sign of life… even though the money has of course been syphoned out of my bank account. I so wish I had seen all these reviews before placing my order! Please think twice before buying from here!

Shipped Wrong Sizes and Colors

I placed an order for 2 women joggers set and a t-shirt, they all came separately. I received wrong color and size. They wanted me to send pictures before they would waive the shipping fee. I have never in my life been put through so much trouble spending my money. I will NEVER shop online or instore with them again. My entire order was shipped wrong and they have no remorse. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible company, horrible customer service, and poor quality

I spent $565 on clothes and it has been a nightmare for 2 months. Wrong items sent and refused to take back. Clothes with holes in them…refused refund. Missing items and will not refund or resend. Customer Service is rude if they respond at all. Refuse to assist and always sending it to management with no response. I’ve spent hours on this and am getting nowhere. They still owe me $50 for a sweater they never sent! Save your time and hard earned money! This company needs shut down!
