Placed an order on 11 November and no communication since as at 28 November. Sent an email on 25 Nov, no reply. Just been on live chat, cut off once them 30 mins to reconnect. Response, hey that’s out of stock. Why don’t they communicate this. Wait 10 days for refund! Er no, escalated as a complaint. appalling practice and service. Another customer bites the dust, but they really don’t care.

ordered a jumper about 2 weeks ago, shipping was supposed to take 7 days max. had not heard anything for 2 weeks so I sent them 15 emails in 2 days which seems to have helped to finally get a reply. also if you want to contact them via their "live chat", you should put some thing like "thank you for the great service" as subject,... helped me to get connected to an agent within minutes. they made me wait hours when I put "delayed shipping"... ;D

Very disappointing customer service
I placed two DKNY orders, and several items were marked as delivered even though I never received them. The FedEx photos clearly show the packages were left in the building lobby—not at my apartment door—which is an unsecured public area. My packages were stolen, yet DKNY refused to resend or refund the items and repeatedly told me to “file a dispute with my bank” instead of helping resolve the issue. Very disappointing customer service, and I will not be ordering from DKNY again.

I called back and forth and sent the picture of the wrong order and they said they have to investigate that it takes a week !!!! What poor customer service! I will never order from this company again. Purchased a pant suit and returned it the next day after receiving. It just did not work for me. I received an acknowledgement that the return was received and my refund would take up to 14 business days. It is now going on over three weeks and nothing! Firstly, I waited two weeks for my item to be dispatched with no communication from the company or responses to my email. They only sent it and replied to me once I opened a PayPal case.
The item finally arrived but is too big. I have tried to complete the online returns form but it fails every time, giving an error message with no other information.
Again, I have reached out to customer service and had zero response. Absolutely disgusting company, and unless I can complete the return I’ll have wasted over £150 on something I can’t wear. Honestly wished I’d looked at these reviews first and never ordered in the first place. Avoid!

What has happened to DKNY??? Beware.
I’ve loved DKNY since my teen years. Always purchased in store until recently. I made two online purchases on separate dates (within a week). First order: Everything went smoothly when ordering from the site. I also received an email confirming my order, and within a couple of days I received shipping notification. However, I noticed the estimated date of arrival seemed a little far off (2 weeks) but since the items were not needed sooner, I didn’t mind. I checked shipping updates a few times and noticed the items went through several states which seemed excessive. I make online purchases regularly, and had never seen a package make so many stops. Anyway, it finally arrived, a day or two before the estimated date, well packaged. Items were perfect. No issue.
Made another order a when I noticed a sale on a couple of pieces I loved. Received a confirmation email but never received a shipping update.
Didn’t worry about it too much since only a few days had passed and there was a holiday (Labor Day). However, part of the item showed up today. I was surprised because it had no markings on the bag that showed it was from DKNY.
White plastic shipping bag with only an address label with my name from some address in NJ (My first order arrived from Los Vegas).
Opened it, no paper receipt, but only the skirt with DKNY tag, which was on a hanger and in a dry cleaner type plastic bag.
However, the skirt isn’t even the skirt I ordered, but similar in style and color, and not my size (I ordered a medium but received a large)!!! SMH
I checked my email and still never received a shipping confirmation. Checked the site to check the skirt and photos confirmed that the skirt I ordered is not the same as the one sent! The one I ordered did not have a split but the one that arrived has a one! And the color isn’t the same but similar. Unbelievable! I will need to go through the trouble of returning it.
I’m still awaiting the top. Who knows when or if that will arrive or if it will even be the correct order.
I would definitely never order from DKNY online again.
Update: I also read more about the company and its changes/issues prior to ordering online. I had not even realized that Donna Karen no longer heads the company and isn’t involved in any way as it was sold to another company and she stepped away after making controversial statements in defense of Harvey Weinstein! SMH There are several articles and of course, this site as well. No, I won’t be supporting DKNY any longer.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. I did that on August 20 paid for shipping, and it’s still not here. It’s September 1. I contacted customer service. No reply. Just a warning.

Would give 0 if possible. Returned an order to USA (no where on the UK website was this stated) with postage to be deducted from refund. 3 months later I am going backwards and forwards having sent proof of postage twice now being fobbed off by 'customer services' (the irony seems lost of them). They can't locate the return and this is somehow my problem. So ive paid £165, sent the items back, cant get a refund and I am not happy. Totally bloody useless. Avoid at all cost.

This has been the worst shopping and delivery experience I have ever had. My order was shipped on 22 July, with a clearly stated delivery time of 4–7 business days. It is now almost a month later, and I still have nothing. The tracking system shows no clear delivery date.
Customer service from both DNKY and FedEx has been an absolute disgrace. I have contacted them multiple times via email, but received no real help — only empty, repetitive responses. No one has taken responsibility. I demanded a full refund or same-day delivery, and still nothing has happened.

I was a bit scared to order from the site since all the bad reviews, but they had great sale on a bag I wanted. So I ordered with no expectations. The shipment was (as expected) longer than 5-7 business day. I emailed them after 7 days not expecting an answer either since the customer service was reviewed to be awful. But they answered after 2 days & gave me super helpful information. The day after they shipped my bag (10 days after order). After that my package was with other carriers and it took 15 days for the carrier to deliver from US to Sweden. Then during this time I got no updates from the carrier so I asked DKNY team about more information, they answered after a day and said they’ll look into it with the carrier. Two days later however I got the package, they haven’t answered my latest email however. But I got the package in about a month & had great help from their service team!
