Pre-ordered but anyway took 20mins of waiting!
I have pre-ordered our food so I don’t have to wait long, but when I arrived they haven’t started with my orders yet. Sooo I anyway have to wait 20mins in the store, the worst part is that the people making the orders are having a chill time chatting like no one is waiting or they are not at all behind 🙄

Not trying to talk bad on you guys but it took well over an hour to get two pizzas when we live a 5 minute walk away.
They tasted good but just took way too long.

It was not a good experience this time
It was not a good experience this time. I ordered two margaritas but taste was not good. I always order the same but this time the mozzarella on pizzas was not enough maybe. It was like a thin crust instead. Also i added hvidlog twice but it was like very less. I was not happy with pizzas at all this time. Sorry.

Ruined date night
I ordered pizza Tuesday. We were very excited it was a date night. We've had pizza from dominos before which was good but we had to wait for over an hour. This time we ended up calling In after 2 hours of waiting just to be told they were understaffed and it would take at least another hour where to we decided to cancel our order and get a refund. I think at least we were owed a call telling us in advance the situation so we didn't have to wait to wait to eat till 9 pm.

Mediocre pizzas and rude customer care agent
After a period of giving Domino's a second chance, they began to mess up orders, forgetting toppings, burning pizzas, etc. As a consequence, I unsubscribed from marketing texts in late 2022. Much to my surprise I got a spam text on 5. January and again on 7. January. On 11. January, Dominos texted again, admitting to having sent the 2 first texts without consent. I wrote them via the Facebook page and jested that when they send spam to apologize for the spam, they might as well include a discount code. I got the reply that discount codes are a part of the marketing effort, to which I had unsubscribed. After having stated that I intended to file a complaint with the consumer ombudsman, the customer care agent accused me of being hypocritical since I wanted free pizza but not their texts. To be clear, I never asked for free pizza. I suggested they include a discount code in their apologetic text. I asked for the agent's name since he/she knew mine, which they refused to give. I am surprised that Domino's handles customer care so poorly. The last Domino's franchisee in Denmark went out of business for cheating, lying, and not giving a sh¡t. I believe Ausmark will go the same way.
