Yesterday I ordered and I wasn’t informed about the delivery time and your website kept saying that the ordered was being made. So I called after 50 minutes had passed. An employee told me that I have to wait an other hour for the order and nobody would have informed me if I hadn’t call my self. I understand that you were busy but somebody has to inform us so we don’t just wait there 2 hours

Underbaked and late
It took over 80 minutes from the time of order to delivery at our door despite that restaurant's proximity of under 3 km.
All three pizzas were undercooked which definitely told me that they were made hastily. Moreover, they were cold, which implies that the restaurant rushed orders but was lacking delivery staff, as clearly the pizza was not fresh out of the oven and had to sit around and wait.
With full respect for staffing issues, this simply wasn't good enough. This is the first time we attempted Domino's since the fudging of ingredients "best-before" dates scandal, and it will be the last time.
Our local pizzeria (which they spell "pizzaria") at least knows how to make pies correctly. They are ALWAYS ready in 10 minutes, not nearly an hour and a half.

The pizza did not taste of anything and it dried very fast. Will not eat again unless the dough is changed and more spices added.

Pizza was cold, taste was horrible, medium pizza coupon did not apply. Is my first Domino's pizza and I can promise is the last one in my entire life. Disgusting, I feel like throwing up. How can you sleep at night selling this sh#@!?

I ordered pizza cheesy crust at 13.33…
I ordered pizza cheesy crust at 13.33 and to be picked at 18.00 but I called them and said I will pick up at 19.00. When I reached there my order wasn't ready and told me me I can't have chessy crust and I got my order without crust at 19.18. The kok Arthur just said sorry no compassion or nothing. And the tast of the pizza was horrible cause he put tomatto pure not evenly. By profession I am also a kok and I know how to make customers happy.

It's great that you have a pizza tracker. Unfortunately, this means I could see that my pizza was sat around for 30 minutes before anyone picked it up. By the time it got to me, everything was stone cold. What's the point?

It took more than two hours and the pizza was not hot ...
It took more than two hours (for two pizzas) 😮 and when it arrived it was not hot🤦♂️. I called after an hour and they told it'll take 40 minutes from now, and it took even longer! It was supposed to be a snack for my friends and me while watching a football match, but it came too late (and cold!).
I also shared feedback in Domino's feedback system (critizr) but it looks like it's been ignored.
If you do not have capacity for the load, you should accept order.
