Doogee V10 is shit
Baught a Doogee V10. After a year the usb - c gate for charging broke down. Comment of Doogee. That is normal. Pay the repear yourself.
Doogee rocks but Support Service f*** up
No issue on the product features but the support service sucks. Bought my T30 Max tablet in April 2024 and got it in June 2024 which I think.is reasonable given the colour was not in stock and was informed in the delayed delivery but I wasn't informed that I had to pay US$50 to take delivery from DHL. Interestingly, that had never occurred.on my DHL deliveries. Once I got the product and tried to set up it ran into.an issue that even reset cant boot up as the reset software was also corrupted. I had to sent it back at my own cost. It took many months and many emails, including copying to all available managers' emails and was given a delivery number im Dec 2024 but there wasn't any movement till end of Dec. I finally got my tablet back im Jan 2025. If you are thinking of getting a inexpensive tablet, go for Mi tablet or Umidigi or Blackview. If.you are willing to pay more for good service, then head for the big brands like Samsung and such. My forst deviation on Samsung for Doogee have told me that every money spent on Samsung is worth it. I'm sure other brands are better than Doogee. For now, I'll have my Doogee tablet used, displayed and carried at every possible occasion to inform others to avoid.a good product with lousy support. It's 2025, the T30 Max is outdated. Samsung it also going to launch it's new product in Jan 2025.
Doogee S61 Pro after 6 months has…
Doogee S61 Pro after 6 months has frozen so can't phone out or use apps and seller from ebay has told me it needs flashed. Phone was working well but after up grade it has not worked very very disappointed what a waist of money if I have to get a replacement D Mul.
Regular component Failure
Main camera failed first, will not focus, C USB port failed next couldnt charge, had to purchase a wifi charger. Speaker phone failed next, very faint sound, Battery life at 12 months was one day max with normal use. At 2 yrs battery required charging 2-3 times daily for about a month then failed completely & will not take charge.
Avoid
Avoid, battery is fake, doesn't keep as promising, service and support doesn't answer on emails, I wasted only money.

Great sturdy phone, great value
Love this phone, got the S200 and it works brilliantly the battery lasts for days without needing charging.
Been a lifelong Samsung customer and this performs just as well as the S24, great camera, it's a big sturdy phone, some might find it too heavy, but I wanted something built to last and this definitely is.
It took about an hour to transfer everything over from my existing Flip phone

The tablet has issues with battery contacted Doogee they helped me out with refund a portion i requested.
Other then that i see the reviews below giving bad rating but my experience is different from that still i give 5/5 for solving over email so quickly. Electronics have tendensy to fault sometimes out of nowhere even if it was created with care.
But im hoping it is resolved for the people having issues anyways.
Doogee v40 pro battery
Got my new doogee v40 pro.. for the 1st day everything is working fine..but regarding the battery which is i expect to stay longer time, its draining fast like maximum 1 day and half maybe..even if i didn't use it its still draining slowly..What should i do??

I contacted Doogee tech support and asked for the firmware, but despite lengthy communication, they kept pretending they didn't understand what I needed.

The speakers are loud. I am on my 3rd Doogee, VMax, I keep hoping that the next one will be better. Not so. Every time something is wrong with it. And I have to spend money to take it to a repair facility to get it fixed. The phone is extremely slow, people say they can't hear me... But worst of all, is the company and their so-called "support system.". That's a laugh! I have the V Max Pro...it cost over $420. Not happy with the phone at all. The phone "looks" really good.... But at this point, with non-existent support, I would have to avoid it like the plauge.

Without a doubt the worst experience…
Without a doubt the worst experience with a phone that I've ever had, I purchased it brand new back in June and it had issues immediately. I should have returned it then but I had nothing else to use. Phone restarts every hour from the second I got it, constantly crashes, sometimes says there's no operating system installed. The touch screen works when it feels like it. It's overheated numerous times. And the the worst part of it all is that I've contacted customer services about 8 times on different platforms and I've never once had a response!. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone

My parcel shows delivery fail even though we are a factory with over 50 workers here at the time registered as attempted delivery. No delivery has been made and I don't have a phone. This company could not care less that the shipment has not been made. I have sent all the emails and they don't care. I don't have a delivery and I don't have a phone. Awful people to deal with.
Doogee is the worst dealer
The following issues have led me to conclude that the service I received was far below expectations:
1. Product Out of Stock: After placing my order and waited for a month, there is no delivery take place. After making the enquiry with Doogee, I was informed that the product I purchased was out of stock. This information was not made clear at the time of the order, and I only learned of the shortage much later in the process. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and unacceptable
2. Slow Delivery: The delivery took an unreasonably long time, far beyond the delivery window that was initially promised. Despite multiple inquiries on my part, I received little to no updates or explanations for the significant delays.
3. Customs Clearance Issues: To make matters worse, I was informed that the shipment was stuck in customs and that Doogee was unable to manage this aspect of the delivery process. As an international customer, I expected your company to handle all aspects of the delivery, including customs clearance. The lack of support or assistance with this issue has caused additional frustration and delays.
4. Broken Promises: Throughout this entire process, I was given numerous assurances about timely delivery and full resolution of compensation of USD 30, but these promises were never kept. The lack of communication and follow-through on your part has been deeply disappointing.
Scammers
I complained to doogee that I never received the tablet protective cover and they told me it should be dealt with by Amazon. Amazon don't want to know and neither do doogee. I then gat a card from doogee telling me if I give a 5 star review they will send me a tablet stand. On the back of the card it tells me " please don't mention any details about the free gift in your review "
So I thought I would just to let the public know what scammers these people are. I cannot unfortunately add a photo but would if that option was available

Shocking company they don't reply to emails, they never update there products and if you give them a bad review on eBay they block you and get very assy towards you biggest scam company on the internet.
