one screw and cover plate on handle missing. I used old screws but no cover plate which is not needed when handle is in locked position. Item fitted correctly.

Although the product was available to order for delivery in 2 to 3 days, they were out of stock and delivery took a few weeks. However, the company let me know as soon as they knew there was a supply issue and when it arrived, the product was all I expected.

Slow and unhelpful
Wouldn’t but from here again, they sent me completely the wrong items and their refund process is extremely slow, even though the items have been returned back.
Avoid buying from this company.

I bought this item because I saw the advert and thought that it looked really good but when it arrived I used it straight away and it didn’t work at all, very disappointed and won’t be ordering again, do not trust the adverts anymore, very misleading and false advertising, I would ask for a refund but can’t be bothered with the hassle.
