An email notification was sent advising of a 3–4 week lead time on your order, and we also offered an alternative product in case this timeframe wasn’t suitable. Our records show the order value was £60.30.
We understand from your review that you believed the delivery time would be six weeks and chose to cancel. However, the order was processed and dispatched within the originally communicated timeframe. This period also included the Christmas holidays, during which we were closed for one week, which was factored into the lead time provided.

It worked an absolute treat and with very little effort, basically spray and then wipe off. I use a damp cloth as it seems to work better. If using inside home I recommend opening the door/window as the smell is strong.
