Paid for manual and that was the end of it. No manual, no customer service, no response to live chat etc. No link. Sounds like scammers. Seems like I'm not the only one who thinks this. One star is one too many.

Actually, I have to change my review as it does indeed work fine once technical information is given. It did take a few days for the response but once received it works.

Absolutely useless company! No customer support whatsoever!! Bought Manual £10...Paid £5 for remote installation assistance...got a Word document back saying, quote

Install to allow remote access to your PC and for personal use.

NO EMAIL ADDRESS OR DETAILS OF WHERE TO SEND THE INFO!!

downloadworkshopmanuals.com is a scam site. There is no support from them. I could not download the manual that i paid for. I tried to download several times. When it is almost finished downloading it suddenly shows an web error. So it was all the times i tried to download. They only take your money.

Looks like a scam rip off. Unintelligable files, no contact information. No support, no nothing.
just £35 down the drain !!

warning..warning,,,warning. Do not pay them anything. If you are stupid like me and you have done that and got 10Gbit of crap and you think you need help for installing. Then please be smarter than me and do not give these as.h.l.es any more money. You will not get any remote help or any response. You just give your money away.

SCAMMERS, Do not waste your money or time, this is a scam, they claim they ''guarantee to reply to queries the same day'' I can assure you this is a big porky, they will take your money and run.

These are two different emails that I sent to them, first I bought the manual for operating the VW T1, T2, etc., downloaded it from the link, installed it according to the instructions but without success, after that I paid for help for the installation where they told me to install TeamViewer, of course after installations and paid assistance for installation do not appear either on Live chat or email.

1. I bought ElsaWin 2017 from your site and failed to install on my laptop, after that I paid for installation help and installed TeamViewer as instructed by your employee. After that, no one answered me for 4-5 hours, please contact me at....

2.What is the problem with your installation support, are you one of the sites whose goal is to take money and you don't really care about the user. You advertise that you answer within 24 hours, but that is simply not true.

I should have read these reviews before ordering so have just lost a tenner to these bandits. Have been sent an incomplete download and not at all what I ordered so have been well and truly rogered here.

They do not supply what they advertise. Software wont run on current pc. They dont respond to questions.

BIG download; needs to be unzipped and run with VMWARE (virtual software). Starts up in a win7 environment. Works fine. Those who say it's a scam simply don't know how to install it; quite a few steps involved.

The landing page is difficult to navigate but persist with it... run your cursor around until you find all the pop ups iro downloads and a contact us email pop up. I tried contacting direct both by phone and email but got nowhere BUT they responded quickly once I discovered the pop up and contacted them that way.

Software doesn't work after downloading. Email address to contact no longer works. Facebook page unresponsive. No Live Chat support on the page as advertised. Waste of money.

I have had to edit my review, it is possible getting it to work.
If you follow instructions it does work.

I think this crowd are net bandits. I paid for a manual and they sent four download links each to a part of the file and each time all files hit around 400mb they failed despite numerous attempts.

The size of the files is bafflingly huge, a PDF manual should be around 10mb /90mb in total.

After checking multiple review sites it seems this is how this website operates and as such is a waste of money and time.

As an additional concern my PC antivirus found issues with the word document giving me concern as to what it would find in the 4 part file download.

All in all a hopelessly unproductive experience that leaves you without a manual and without the money you paid for one.

Avoid like the plague.
It's taken them 18 months to respond to the above review and they claim not to be able to locate my order. How could they with just my first name? Then they claim to be victims of fake reviews lol I am having none of it and will not be messing around with their requests either
I paid the money, ended up with nothing and will just write the money off but nobody will ever convince me this company are anything other than useless and disingenuous . Avoid them or learn the hard way imo

Having been very sceptical with some other peoples reviews, I wasnt expecting much. but I was left with very little option when my Grand Scenic IV needed some DIY servicing and a brake change. Google was little help, YouTube was even less help. and no one seems to own, let alone service their own or post help on this vehicle. So I took the plung with a what the hell its only £10.

well after following the very good instructions you do end up with a Virtualbox Windows 7 machine, complete with the electronic service catalogue/parts list etc at your finger tips. Yes its not handed to you on a plate and you do need some I.T knowhow to get it working. but if you can read and follow instructions it is very worth it and is exactly what it says it is. I can only assume that the bad reviews were left by people who either dont read the intructions or shouldn't be left alone with a computer. So will I buy another one. HELL YES. I have 4 cars in the houshold and 3 different types so I will certainly be getting 2 more. Excellent product.

Im really happy with my workshop manual. The price was good and packed with tons of info to make my repair easier. I should have bought this a month ago when I was going through my electrical. A+

I should have come here first. Paid my money and downloaded the Manual and nothing works. I have an online manual with no links built in or not working. Its like having a book and the only page is the index. So I have tried to email them at the address on the email I was sent with the download link and it just bounces back. Looks like they have shut down the support email address and I cannot find any contact info on the website apart from an address and phone number in London. I am guessing that will be fake.

despite constant contact they did not work for me and they have not replied in over a week. they also wanted remote access to my PC to sort it out. I don't think so. would not recommend

paid for a download so far so good , the paid for help for installation, could not get hold in the guy and think i have got on "live" chat several times maybe 5-6 times and no answer and i would like to get several handbooks but at the moment it looks like spam, if they are busy then sent a mail with that at the moment they just took the maney and that is that..
