Never heard of down to science before…
Never heard of down to science before but seeing as they had the dinner set I needed combined with good reviews on trust pilot, I decided to place my order.
No problems with the order process and got a confirmation email from the assistant manager Ivy.
When the order arrived, it was well packaged however upon opening one of the boxes, 2 of the plates were broken.
I don't know how this could have happened as they were well packaged. After a quick email to Ivy explaining the situation, she was very understanding and sent out an immediate replacement.
The customer service was absolutely amazing, excellent people to deal with.
Would recommend solely based on their customer service.
