So disappointing

So disappointing . i always considered dpd a reliable delivery company but because of the way they handled my missing package and the driver himself leaving my package at houses that were not mine i won’t be buying from companies that use them anymore as i just can’t trust them to actually deliver my package. it’s unfortunate for myself as lots of companies use them. I’m sure i make no difference as one single customer. but the least customers deserve is to know that their package will actually be delivered by someone who gives a taught to who they are delivering to and cares about their customers . unfortunately there are not many drivers like that anymore so it seems.
