I think this is a crooked or seriously incompetent organisation. They take charges but give no electricity. They charged our card 3 times for nothing. Phoned them and was put on hold for 32 minutes with the infuriating message “One of our representatives will be with you shortly”, eventually I gave up.
Avoid them if you can.

Twice this week I have wasted about 15mins trying to get the charger working using my phone and then giving up and going somewhere else.
Why can't electric chargers be simple to use. Turn up, pay by card, move on. It's not rocket science. It already takes more time than normal versus petrol / diesel. I don't want to waste anymore time faffing around with downloading apps, registering etc..
Gridserve have it mastered!
