I ordered in the beginning of April for a fun Covid project. I still have not received anything. I attempted to contact support multiple times, each time they told me I should be receiving my package soon. I haven't heard back since July. I asked for a refund and never heard anything back. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE.

DO NOT BUY PAINTINGS FRO THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam scam scam

This company is awful, lost my package and never told me if it wasn’t because I was reaching out to them every month I wouldn’t know it got lost. So dishonest. My husband ordered two paintings back in April for my birthday. And I kept reaching out to costumer service they said 130 days is their ETA to the US I was nothing but nice and understanding since I know Covid was affecting everything and package deliveries were running late everywhere. So now fast forward to September I finally ask again were my package is and if I’m getting it. They said no I’m not and that all their deliveries from that moth are lost and that they are offering me to resend with 30%.
I told them no thank you I would like my full refund issue immediately wake up 2 days later to an email that reads to please consider they resending me the package and the 30% discount and nothing about issuing my refund.

I initially wanted to give them a 1 star.
I ordered off of Instagram, April 14th, thinking it would be a great Covid project. I got an email May 1st, with a tracking number, I wish I had known it was coming from China, I would have went with a local company. About Mid August, I reached out asking where my order was. I was told it was Lost in Transit and that if I wanted, they'd still send out the product I ordered.... Duh, thank you!
I just received the product and am excited to get started!

This company is a SCAM, no doubt about it. Customer support is a joke. I ordered in April, they claim that the parts were still in delivery, then lost, and asked me to accept a reship. I said since they haven't contacted me with good intentions I wanted a refund... they delayed and delayed seemingly in an attempt to prevent me from processing a dispute through paypal. they responded yesterday saying they were "revieweing" the refund request still and the last day to dispute via paypal was tomorrow. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I made an order back in April have yet to receive or a refund. The company won't even bother replying.

This is a scam. The website should be taken down. It has been over 5 months since I ordered and I have not received my product. I send emails and get bogus reasons as to why it hasn't arrived. They blame the pandemic. They blame the shipping company. I have asked for them to reship using another company. I asked for them to contact their shipping company for an explanation. I've asked for a refund. And I get the same bogus response that it is not an option. I wish there was a way to report this fraudulent company for theft!!

If I could give no stars I would. This company is ran but a bunch of scammers. I've been waiting for a product since March 2020 and have been following up on said product each month since then. Recently, I've been requesting a refund since I haven't received the product and it has been a NIGHTMARE!!! The person I have been dealing with, Richard A., has since stopped responding to my requests and I still do not have my refund. This is the worst customer service and online shopping experience I have every received.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I never received my order after purchasing it 4/2020. I asked several times for a refund and apparently that’s not an option. I was given a bogus tracking number and was told once my order was shipped then it was totally out of their hands. Their customer service support is a complete joke as well. Total scam.

Scam!!!!!!! I ordered my 2 paintings on may 1st. Was told in an email today that the parcel was lost in transit and that they could simply resend my order!! I have requested a refund which apparently is not an option since I have never received my product. This company is a fraudulent company and I hope people check reviews before purchase. Hopefully they get shut down and charged with thrift

I have been waiting for my order for almost 5 months and it still hasn't arrived. Supposedly it shipped almost 3 months ago but the tracking link doesn't work. Sent an email asking for a refund.

Would give no star if possible. Ordered in March and never received the painting. I have emailed over and over again but they refuse to refund my money.

Total scam. After reaching out to customer service multiple times, given a fake tracking number multiple times, threatening to call my credit card company, I still didn’t get a refund or my items. Don’t order it’s not real

First of excuse my language, but this company sucks! I placed a order for my wife for mothers day and it is now September and still have not received the painting. Customer service is a joke and has not helped at all. Please tell everyone you know how horrible this company is and to pass the word so we can get them shutdown for good. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I am super upset with this company. Nothing but a total scam!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order in April & was told the order was lost after never receiving & reaching out. After requesting a refund, I was offered to have the order re-shipped several times, & after insisting through 3 emails for a refund, was told I would, in fact, receive one, & would be notified with confirmation of when.
While customer support & communication was quick & mostly helpful at first, this is no longer the case.
After 3 weeks of not hearing an update regarding the refund, I contacted again, & was told that it was currently “in processing due to high demand.”

I have since reached out 3 separate times to get an update, & received no response to those emails.

Save your money!

It's a scam...same here as in I ordered form them in April and got nothing even after countless emails asking for my money back......DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

After multiple emails back and forth about this shipment I just gave up. They provided a "tracking number" that was just a pdf with a generic address. I ordered mine in April and it is now September but no sign of a package. I've moved away from the original address in August and even tried contacting them back in April about it. But they said the address could not be changed. Waste of money. Do not order from here.

My husband ordered mine in April, we finally received it today and it didn't come with paint or brushes ... After 6 months it's a bit of a joke.

Scam! Wish I read these review. Ordered it in April and my Credit Card was charged right away and now it’s September and never received it the Merchandises. Requested a refund and vendor giving me ever excuse in the book on why that process is also delayed. Save your money and the headache.
