This is all a scam! I ordered my product on April 8, never received it till the end of June I was strung along. Now it is September and I am being strung along for a refund! Do not order from this crap company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered April 2020, it is now September. I never received my order and after numerous emails, was told they were recently informed that a large shipment was lost in transit which included my order. I asked for a refund and was offered a new item with a 10% refund. I said that I didn't want to wait another quarter of a year and possibly not receive that order either. It has been weeks since I was told my request was sent to the financial department and still have not received an update or a refund. Worst experience I've ever had ordering something online. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

Placed order on April 9, Still have not received my order. I would give 0 stars if I could. Tracking information they gave me, doesn’t work.

Disappointed in Las Vegas

I would give it no stars if I could. Ordered product in March and it never came. Bogus tracking information. I got my money back after going through my bank for a dispute charge.

Placed an order 04/18/2020 for 3 paint by Numbers and some paint brushes. I tried to be patient because of the pandamic but by may 17th I had had it and requested I refund. Was told my order could not be refunded because it was in transit.
After a few emails back and forth I gave up with my last email being sent June 2nd.
Well low and behold a day ago guess what actually came in the mail... 4 and a half months to get my order is redicules they should have refunded my money on the 17th of may because it was obviously not in transit by then...

ordered back in May. their response was it will be there soon. after i continued to try to get the tracking number they gave it to me 2 months later. a month later it showed it was delivered to BC. I'm in ontario.............. after that they told me to contact THEIR shipper and figure it out. refused to help and refused to send a new order to the correct location.

Covid has obviously taken a toll on this process for everyone and I do respect that but it has takeb 5 months to ship this product. It took multiple attempts to get updates and I received a "your package has been shipped" the day I ask if I could cancel my order. In the end, it was delivered to the wrong address after I informed customer service that my address has changed due to the time it took to arrive. I was told that it is no longer their problem once it arrives at the location and a refund was refused. My attempts at a redress of my gerviences was ignored. As stated, I understand the delays due to Covid which are reasonable but now it's that I paid for a product I never actually received and customer service simply blew me off with a "too bad so sad" strategy. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere for products such as these.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. This company is a scam! I placed an order 9 months ago and never received anything. I was sent “tracking” info three different times, each time the tracking would stop or would show it was shipped months before I sent the order. Countless attempts to get my money back hasn’t worked. I keep being told you can’t cancel or return your order once it’s been shipped. If you look on their website with these amazing reviews you will also see there is no place to submit a review. I’m convinced these are all bot reviews. Don’t buy from here!!!!

This is total crap. I tried to order a custom photo paint by numbers in April. It is almost a half year later and after many emails I have not received the product or the refund I have demanded. Do not give these people your money!

If I could give a negative rating I would. I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before WASTING MY MONEY on NOTHING!
While I did get a reply several times via e-mail, I cannot get a refund, and have been promised my order since MARCH. Totally taking advantage of this COVID situation by stating “longer shipping times-frames” when really they mean “you will NEVER receive”

FRAUD, cheats, scum of the Earth,

Ordered a painting in March 2020, It is August 2020 and nothing has been received. No phone number to reach anyone, customer service email stating goods are lost/in transit/cannot get a hold of shipping company, tracking and shipping numbers are not real, cannot get a refund. I have formally reported this company as a scam and fraudulent online company with the Federal Trade Commission, the econsumer.gov agency , The Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center as well as our bank.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a paint by numbers and frame, from this site on April 4th. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. False tracking numbers and records indicated it was shipped May 1st. I've been in contact with client services for months now and this MF Lloyd Gementiza probably a fake name has given me excuse after excuse, REFUSED to give me a refund, stating that it was within the law to not issue a refund until it's been posted as "NOT DELIVERED" what if it never even shipped. I'm f***ing Pissed, he said shipping from china could take up to 113 days B**** it's been 143 days EXACTLY I don't even want the damn thing anymore give me my money back and rot in hell, you thieving son of a b****.

Ordered around mid-April. I was sent faulty tracking info, but figured as long as it's on the way, whatever. After about 6 weeks, I contact customer service who send me better tracking info, but it indicated that the package was just put in the mail a few days prior. That was frustrating, but it's a pandemic, so I'll give it time to arrive.

It's almost September now, and it still hasn't arrived. Customer service claimed it was sent in May, but the shipping info has not updated since May 16th. I contacted costumer service, but they told me they won't refund it until I actually *receive* the item, and mail it back (at my own expense). I filed a dispute on the charge with my bank and got the money back. Absolutely not worth the headache. I'm bummed because I wanted to get these as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and her birthday was months ago.

Hello all! i just wanted to start of nice!! so mad at this so called business ordered APRIL 13, 2020!!!!!! today is AUGUST 23,2020 !!! STILL NO ORDER!!!!! This company should be reported to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! And they don't offer any compensation for their sorry service!!!

Same thing like everyone else haven’t got my shipment waiting on response for my refund... that I figure I won’t get.... So Mad

It's been a month and I just received an email saying my order finally shipped. Not only that....

I received an automated email from the "Customer Service team" titled "Are you happy?" It showed images of three individuals and their names as the supposed “Customer Service Team.”

A quick Google reverse image search showed that Drawlify took these photos from random people on the internet and changed their names.

That is illegal and they should not be in business.

I ordered my paint by numbers on March 30 2020. It is now August 21 and still no painting. I’ve contacted them multiple times to cancel and they say it’s too late (that the painting is in transit) yet I never receive it and no tracking number is ever given. Such a scam. I’ll be reporting them to my credit card company .

It's a scam company - how unfortunate. If I could give zero stars I would. I also have a similar complaint as many reviews before mine which is I ordered an item in April of 2020 and have yet to receive it. They did not provide any sort of tracking information and at this point refuse to give me my money back because the item has already shipped.
