I've been using this family run company for several years for annual boiler checks. The boiler was 14 years old so time to replace so had a new gas boiler and radiators replaced. Excellent communication and informed of all visit times, very polite and tidy installers, good communication as to how the job was coming along. Very happy with all aspects of the installation.

We had a boiler failure and sought out an approved contractor to come and repair/replace the boiler for us.
Draytons came out almost immediately to review and quote the works. The quote arrived the following day and due to the system failure was programmed in within a day or two. Guys on site were professional and efficient and the whole job undertaken to a very high standard and well explained on completion. I must say I was rather pleased I picked Drayton's and they are by far the best plumbing Company we have found in some time

Drayton provided excellent service as usual.

I chose Drayton after they had completed work for a family member and when our ageing system could no longer sustain our demands of it . Steve was very helpful and quick to update information when I queried some of the quote details. George was tenacious at working through all the dramas our old boiler and pipes threw his way. I'm very grateful for all their effort and understanding to complete the job for us. It certainly wasn't simple but they went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was in place. I have peace of mind about our installation and that is priceless.

Drayton Boiler Services, are frankly the most efficient company I have come across in recent years. They know what they are doing; the team is friendly and very professional. They service my boiler year in year out and I am lucky enough to have the same engineer who diagnosed a fault which resulted in us having to have a new radiator installed. The engineer who installed the radiator, was extremely experienced, very respectful and friendly. The whole team appear the same - it's quite incredible. I would undoubtedly recommend Drayton Boiler Services for all heating and plumbing projects - they certainly know what they are doing. Thank you so much.

Called Drayton to report an issue with my boiler and request a callout engineer. They prioritized my call as we had no heating or hot water in the house. Martin the engineer came to site. He was very professional with his approach. He laid out protective sheets to keep the work place clean, was very considerate and professional in his approach. He took time to explain what he was doing, walked us through the troubleshooting method he applied to find the defective component. After repeated attempts the problem was isolated to a faulty control panel which he then supported the call with Worchester for the replacement part to be ordered.

Overall a fantastic experience with Drayton. I would fully recommend them for courteous, professional service at a fair price.

Boiler installed on time with minimal fuss. Dust sheets laid down. All waste was removed quickly. Installation was exactly as quoted - no extras.

Each time they have attended when they said they would, resolved the issue they were asked to, charged the price they quoted, & left no mess.
We heartily recommend them.

We had a burst pipe in our loft and our home insurance emergency cover completely let us down - nearly 12 hours with water leaking down into our house and through our living room ceiling and no plumber in sight. Rang Steve at Drayton's and Jack arrived within 15 minutes of our phone call - fantastic - that really is a proper emergency service!! Jack was so good, very polite and explained everything to us, stopping the water and fixing the problem. Thanks again for an excellent service - we really appreciated Drayton's professional and understanding help.

I would highly recommend Drayton Boiler Services. Very helpful first contact over the phone when we had a heating problem and arranged to come out at a time to suit us - and turned up on time. Steve, the engineer, who came to see us was extremely thorough in investigating the problem with our heating and finding a solution. He even came back a few days later to check on things and help to get our cold radiators fully working again. First class service.

I would recommend Drayton Boiler Services very highly. Not only is the response time very fast when you have a problem, but also Steve, the Engineer who came to see us was extremely thorough, addressed the problem, and followed through the job quickly and efficiently, fully aware that it was cold and we had no heating. Communication excellent throughout.

I received a prompt response to initial enquiry. Options for replacement were explained, with advice clearly given. Once a date for the work was arranged, their engineers arrived on time and carried the work out extremely efficiently.

First time I’ve used Drayton and I’m very impressed. The guys turned up on time were courteous, knew their stuff and made sure the place was left tidy. All the work done was clearly explained and a proper operational handover detailing warranty etc was also completed. Suffice to say I want them to be engaged to carry out the yearly service. Impressed.

We were in quite a fix with our heating system, no hot water, so I contacted some plumbers not all bothered to respond to our calls save Drayton heating, along came an engineer and the problem revealed and a quick call and date was fixed very quickly to get the problem fixed. We were very impressed with the service we received and the attitude of the team in resolving our problem and the level of work they insisted was necessary to do a proper job nothing being left to chance. First rate team and attitude of all concerned.

Highly professional , friendly, no fuss boiler replacement. Douglas and his team were great, causing the minimum of disruption leaving everything neat and tidy. Thank you, had I known it was going to be so painless I would have it replaced sooner!
