Brilliant.

Ordered a bed base & mattress, sales & delivery service and communication was brilliant but when delivered part of the base was damaged and item was no longer in production. Customer service sourced us a replacement section from another warehouse and delivery organised swiftly within the week. No problems, no delays, no fobbing off just really helpful and well communicated support. Now sleeping peacfully in my new bed!

Excellent,,,, no stress from purchase to delivery,,,only reason for 4 stars is the mattress was slightly squashed on one side,, and I was a bit concerned about it shape,, I let is settle for over 5 hours,,,,
I still think theirs a bit of a indent,,, but willing to see how it holds up,,, I did email dreams but no reply,,, so I guess I sent it to a non reply email or they haven’t got back to me,, but hey ho,,,

We were greeted at the door of the store and asked what we needed. We were then offered the chance of a sleepmatch. This was a good experience, ending with a massage. We were then shown the mattresses that would possibly suit us. We then had the chance to lie on each bed and we were offered a cup of tea. We found one which we liked and bought it and the whole experience was easy and we felt valued. We were highly satisfied. Thank you

The best place to try and buy a new bed or mattress

The lady that helped me pick out the bed was very helpful and after going on the bed that tells you which one is best for you I was given a few to try the bed I picked has been perfect for me and my husband. When they delivered it they took the old one away and assembled the new bed they were very respectful of our property

Robinson foam mattress is amazing. Must buy.

Amazing service from Dreams in Bournemouth! Keiran helped us with an in-store sleep assessment which showed that my husband and I preferred different mattresses. He was there to support while letting us try out the options and discuss it between ourselves. He helped us make a final decision and the process was easy. Delivery was perfect - the right day at the right time - and we are loving our new mattresses. They have made such a difference to the quality of sleep.

Mattress delivered on time and carefully delivered by the delivery men. Good quality mattress and nice and comfortable. Dreams lady assistant was very helpful and with the use of their bed testing system the right mattress was chosen. Good company.

Staff in store were really helpful with advice and put up with us changing the delivery date twice. Guys that delivered took the bed and headboard to the room and cleared up. Very professional .
