Great products and customer service
We went to the Dreams store (Bromley) initially and the staff were super helpful. The most suitable matress was found and then base and head board. However, we placed the order online. Very easy process, clear delivery details and everything went exactly to timings and plan. Really pleased with all the products. Matress is very comfortable and the ottoman bed was easy to put together. Dreams customer service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Amazing bed and customer care
We recently purchased a double bed from Dreams in Bromley, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
The bed itself is fantastic, and incredibly comfortable. The materials feel premium, and it fits perfectly in our bedroom.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff (Elsa) was very kind and helped us choose the right bed for our needs. Delivery was prompt. lot
There was a minor hiccup with their system when we were paying the balance, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, the staff resolved the issue promptly and professionally, ensuring everything was sorted out without any further hassle.
Overall, a flawless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dreams Bromley for anyone looking for high-quality bed and top-notch customer care!
