Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The guy who served me in Bromley store /information/ very attentive and so professional which is a rare thing these days but incredibly important. Delivery went exactly as planned and guys who set up my bed were very nice too . Most importantly my bed in amazing , I suffer from serious insomnia and this bed has changed my life . I’m sleeping at last and still can’t believe it , so happy . Thank you so much

Bromley store EXCELLENT
I cannot begin to tell you how incredible your Bromley store is and all those who work there. I went in intending to purchase a bed frame. I hate being sold to. I would have bet you a million pounds no one could sell me anything that day unless it was the bed from I wanted. Joe is the best salesperson I've ever met! I left with an £850 mattress and accessories 2 hours later! He knows EVERYTHING bed and mattress related. I threw some sneaky tests in on things I did know, he didn't miss a trick! What an asset to your organisation. Salesman of the year! Even managed to entertain my 6 year old so I could concentrate (partially) on buying stuff. I had limited interaction with all staff (e.g. asking way to the loo, collecting my accessories on the way back from other shops, overhearing them with other customers) and they were all lovely and helpful. How rare to find a well run business like this with quality products at great prices. I'm so impressed. THANK YOU

Great new mattress from Bromley.
I am very pleased with my new mattresss. It is comfortable and just what I needed. I had no problem getting used to it, and am being good and turning it each week to even out the wear. I had a very good experience in your shop in Bromley, very helpful advice from Jason and his trusty machine which found the right sort of mattress for me.

Very good experience.
Honestly if you're thinking of getting a bed or mattress, go to a dreams store because they make it so much easier and can help you get a mattress that suits your needs rather than trying to guess online.
They have a machine that basically weighs your body and checks where pressure is placed during sleep and will pick mattresses for you based on YOUR needs rather than having to guess based on reviews.
I highly recommend Bromley store as staff were very helpful and friendly. Joe was a top guy.

Great experience
Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I was greeted on arrival and put on the test bed, and shown the appropriate mattresses for my requirements. Everything was explained clearly and I was even given a drink of water. Delivery was on time, I was kept informed at every stage. My new mattress is excellent. Altogether a very good retail experience and I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

When we walked into store we were…
When we walked into store we were greeted and then shown many beds which may suit we then went on the computer screen to tell us what sort to look out for and which would suit us best.
We found the ideal divan and then on to find the right mattress for us which we did.
It was delivered promptly and on date that we asked for.
The delivery was very good and were very helpful.
Since then we have never looked back, we love our new Dream bed.
