Ola was a very polite and knowledgeable member of staff. He walked me through the initial evaluation, shows me the recommend options and was very patient in his dealings with me. So glad I went into the store rather than buying online. A++ service!

The bed is just what we wanted. The staff in the shop were great, so were the delivery staff.

I went to the dreams clapham store and was greeted by Phil. I was there to test out the a mattress under the comfort exchnage as I was not comfortable with my existing one. Having had a bad experience with another dreams store re the comfort exchage, I was not expecting much here but to just go in test the mattress and out.
Phil is an amazing salesperson - even after knowing that this is an exchange for a mattress bought at a different store - phil helped me more enthusiastically than the person who sold it to me at a diff store. He gave me the right advice and made me feel welcome. He is the best salesperson I met at dreams and I have been to 4 dreams stores.
Ola the store manager who later joined was very cordial and welcoming as well even though I had just entered the store 5 minutes before closing time. Both of them still helped staying beyond there working hours and did not ask me to come tomorrow or shoo me away. BEST DREAMS STORE in LONDON!

The bed doesn't corresponds with the remote. Please can you come and fix it well.

Very good service, we had a particular mattress in mind from the sales. However we convinced ourselves that we should go for something more firm so went back to the store a few days later. Very easy to make the change. Delivered on scheduled day. No problems!

The in store staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made it easy to identify the right bed and the prices are excellent value. The delivery people were also very helpful and everything went well. The bed itself is so comfortable it’s the best bed I have ever owned. I fully recommend this service, to use their term it’s been a dream 😀

I went in store to test the Tempur mattress. We were asked to use the dreams machine first hand them lead to the mattress which felt comfortable. I’m expecting so a new mattress is a must and really looking forward to our new one being delivered.
We decided to sit and ask further questions and were offered drinks.
After deciding on our payment method, being given our extras and confirmation, that was that.
We were very happy with our experience and await our delivery, thank you to Jordon in Clapham North store!

The experience at the Clapham shop was great from the start. We soon found the mattress of our dreams, we made our order and everything seemed to go smoothly. Then, at the moment of the delivery a problem arose: the mattress was damaged. The delivery guys immediately acknowledged the issue and took the mattress back. We were obviously disappointed, but we know how it works, things like these can happen. Two minutes later a Dreams manager rang us and, profusely apologising, promised us a full discount on the pick up of the old mattress. Fair enough. The only problem is, we were about to leave London and we couldn't possibly wait for a new delivery the next week. There is a happy handing, though. Jordan, the sales guy at the shop, managed to quickly sort the problem out. The very next day we had our new high-quality mattress delivered at home.
So why am I giving 5 stars if there has been an issue?
Because, since I work in marketing, I know that problems can occur. It's how quickly and effectively companies sort them out that makes a difference.
