I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Well done to Phillip and the store manager. I would 100% recommend Dreams to purchase bed products as their customer services are second to none. Absolutely amazing :)

The shop assistant went over an above to support me with choosing the right bed. She even made me a cup of tea. I wish I could remember her name.

Great service, best mattress we’ve ever had

Very good customer service as they listened and assisted me to find a good product at a great price. I ended up getting a showroom pull out sofa for my office which is perfect.

Conflict of information / prices between stores. Delivery men excellent but divan base very poor quality and had to complain to customer services which took ages for a response. This was ongoing for several weeks and have today had delivery to replace faulty base. Would have thought it should be perfect as a replacement again delivery men excellent but workmanship still shoddy not quite as bad as before. Will keep replacement as haven't got the energy to complain again. Will never use this company again or recommend it.

Today I went into the store and ordered a bed and a mattress. I was served by a man named Jordan. His customer service was really good and made my shopping experience worth my while. I am very happy he helped me today.

Straight forward service .
Polite staff.
Delivery men were very pleasant.
Bed is satisfactory.

At super short notice they had what I wanted, helped me load it and charged me a very fair price. Thanks!

I received an excellent customer service from the Clapham Branch. Phillip was so amazing. He helped me over the phone in the morning and he helped me whilst I was in the store. He thoroughly explained about all the products so as to assist me with the correct one to suit my needs and my budget. Overall I was really happy about my purchase and the service I received. Phillip was very knowledgeable and patient.I would definitely recommend this store and staff to friends and family.

Really good store - we have used them twice over the years. The product availability is high, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They allowed us plenty of time to try different mattresses and in the end we got what we wanted. Our delivery time (base + mattress) was 6 weeks which was on the long side - would have been better if it was a bit quicker.

We went to the Dreams Clapham store when preparing for a house move and with a number of bedrooms to make purchases for. We were assisted by Phil who could not have been more helpful, personable or knowledgeable about the products available to us. He made the whole experience painless and managed to create some great savings for us. All items purchased were delivered exactly as agreed in time with our move and the installation process was also great. Would highly recommend!

I was extremely happy with my purchase metal bed frame in light grey colour. It look so good and makes the room look considerably stylish. My son said it makes his night sleeps very comfortable. Thanks Dreams
