This is the third time we have used Dreams Clydebank and the people in the store couldn't be more helpful. Choosing a bed is tricky and the staff know how to be helpful without interfering! The whole process has been seamless.
We subsequently had an issue with the bed base and the customer service team sprang into action immediately and sorted it out for us by delivering a replacement. I couldn't rate the team more highly.
We will definitely be back again in the future.

I love my new bed it's fantastic. My experience in the shop was great. Debbie never pressured me in to anything I felt very comfortable to take my time ( and I did about 3 hours ) and felt I could change my mind lot's of times. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Overall good experience with good communication on delivery day and time slot.
Only negative issue was bed came with castors which I didn’t know and as I have wooden floors causes difficulties.

I went to the Dreams store in Clydebank - looking to buy a mattress for my son who has neck/back issues . The sales assistant , Nicola I think ? was amazingly helpful , unlike another well known store i'd visited. i ordered online after consulting my son and delivery was also exemplary ! Would definitely recommend !

Very professional.wearing of shoe covers to protect my carpets.Explaining the features of my bed ensuring health and safety rules at all times. I have a metal headboard which I used on my old dreams bed.
The guys told me I could not use it on my new bed they waited for me to ask them to take it away I should have asked them to do it then.I was so blown away by the bed I didnot.Can you help me with this .How much would it cost to collect this .my tel number is 01436679411

I visited the Dreams store in Clydebank and was greeted by Kim who was very helpful and able to find the perfect mattress I could take home that day, and even packed it and carried it to the car for me. The other staff were also friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to get their mattress from this store.

Kim in the shop gave us great advice. Dreams delivered on the day and time chosen. The two delivery gentlemen were professional. They removed our old mattress and expertly placed our new mattress on the bed. Our bed is very comfortable. 😀
