Bed delivered on time paid to have it assembled lads were very professional and assembled quickly bed is comfortable and storage is super. Staff at the Coventry branch very attentive directed us towards what we were looking for

We usually buy from the smaller retailers but tried dreams and were very impressed with their value for money price of extended guarantee prices in fact the whole experience was amazing.

My brother bought a gel top mattress 5 years ago and it has held up well so I went to go and try one. Louise was very welcoming unlike the staff at Benson for beds who didn't speak to me at all despite walking around the store 3 times. Louise gave me a lot of information and also invited me to try the machine and we went around the selections to make sure I was picking the right one. I still picked one of the geltex ones with a higher spring count than recommended because I sit in bed a lot but it was very reassuring to have tried the other suggestions. She was helpful in selling me pillows which I wasn't initially considering and gave me time and space to pick out of the two gel pillows. I could see. She advised me on sleeping with a pillow and I realised my broken mattress hand me sleeping with my pillow too low down my body. Louise is a massive asset to yourselves. I said I couldn't accept a delivery on Wednesdays so I ended up waiting 9 days because the first delivery date available was a wednesday so that's would be my only gripe. I spent more than twice as much as I expected when I first went in a few days before purchasing but I feel like I'm getting my monies worth as I spend more than half of my time in bed so it's a small price to pay. Thank you for keeping your brick and mortar storage open. The store layout, Louise, and the mattress machine made my decision to buy from yourselves. Great service from Dreams! Professional, knowledgeable and no hard sell, really had the best experience in buying my beautiful new bed and mattress

Me & my partner were looking for a new bed for our new house. We visited Benson for Beds originally and had a bed in mind, but after considering the price we decided to check out Dreams.

The staff were super nice from the beginning, they let us wonder around for a few minutes then came over to see if we needed any help. After explaining we were looking for a TV bed with a therapeutic cooling mattress they showed us sleep match and a couple of mattresses we may like.

After we sat down at the desks and discussed options. We then decided we would be going forward with Dreams as they offered much more for for cost. Originally we went for a discounted polar super king mattress with a super king TV frame. Unfortunately this bed didn't fit up our stairs and we had to reconsider.

After speaking to staff again and particularly the store manager Mark and assistant manager Mack. We swapped to a therapur king with a discontinued Kobe king frame which was recommended to us based on the staff's extensive knowledge about products and what we wanted.

Finally after that setback we have received our new bed which we are thrilled about sleeping in every night!

We tried the test bed to find out what sort of mattress we needed and then tried several mattresses until we found one that suited us. The staff member was extremely helpful and explained the different mattresses to us.

On the day delivery very good , punctual and professional

Brilliant service by Pravan at the Coventry branch. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 30mins. Had looked around but prices elsewhere way higher. Definitely recommend them

We recently ordered two bed frames with assembly (November 2023 and Feb 2024). The delivery experience was great. They kept us in the loop around the expected day and time. Two days before the delivery they had sent us a reminder and delivered as promised. The delivery people were smiley, professional and knew their job. They assembled the bed frame with expertise and also cleared afterwards.
One of the part had some scratches and they happily replaced it, delivered and re-assembled. Very happy customer.

We purchased a fabulous bed with draws and headboard, and 3 mattresses for our household in the last 12 months.
We love the Therapur range and we are all getting a great sleep now with no complaints of backache!

Assistant (Tommy) in the showrooms at Coventry was very helpful and informative.
I was well informed regarding delivery and the two men(Mark and Luke) were polite,helpful and tidy in their delivery. If I have any concerns it was that the bed wasn’t placed exactly in same place as previous bed so I had some difficulty reaching bedside table, but this was easily rectified. Lastly, I am thrilled with the choice of bed and have slept well. Thank you
