Excellent service from the minute we walked in the door. Loved that there was no pressure selling and we were able to take our time to try as many beds as were needed.

very very disappointed.I bought mattress and king size bed. its just been 2 months ,and the springs are already coming out of the mattress. I spent £1000 on the mattress.

Great shopping experience in the shop in Coventry, then the delivery and installation was performed very well, quick and very clean, the installation people were very nice and polite, they even wear the shoes covers to protect our carpet in the bedroom. Well done Guys, smashing five stars job.

Happy to leave a disabled person on the floor for the night with a broken arm.

We were advised to clear the room prior to delivery.

The delivery guys turned up didn’t want to do any work anpart from sit annd vape in the van annd tell me that they couldn’t get the mattress up the stairs. However when asked to construct the bed frame and We can deal with the mattress after the driver said fu*k sake! NO and left with the bed.

DREAMS Head office call me to offer me an inflatable air bed for the night ( Ive got a broken arm )

The bed to be installed was the Yokohama bed with sleep motion.

£7000 plus for everything that was purchased and this is how you’re treated.

I honestly would NEVER Recommend DREAMS unless you want NIGHTMARES.

I also have the CCTV Footage and can post on social platforms to confirm how unprofessional the delivery team are.

Staff members were friendly and didn't pressure me into a sale or try and upsell me when I mentioned a hard budget.

Another bed means another visit to dreams, they so helpful and make you feel at home and talk to you under no pressure and not as a customer but as a friend, another great experience.

The salesman greeted us warmly and let us wander around the store. We explained what we were looking for and he pointed out the various options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how the old mattress would be removed and how to prepare for the delivery.
The new mattress was delivered on the date expected and we were kept fully informed as to timing. The two man crew were excellent; the mattress was placed as requested and all packaging taken away. We are delighted with our purchase.

Amazing service from the time I walked into Dreams Coventry store to the time the drivers finished building the beds. All from the experience of the Dream Team.

A very helpful and knowledgeable assistant who explained all the different options without "the hard sell". We purchased a new double bed with 2 drawers and a tempur mattress (medium) and it is the best bed we have ever had.

Excellent customer service - very patient. Genuinely interested in getting the right product for us.

Friendly personal service.

Reassured by the 100 night challenge so can return if not suitable - thank you.

Communication superb throughout the ordering and delivery. Delivered on time - respected our home when positioning the bed - would highly recommend!!

When we purchased our bed the salesman said if any offers came up before delivery then the appropriate discount would be applied. This did not happen. When I called to speak to him he said there’s nothing he could do. Typical conman type sales. I would urge anyone not believe their sales hype.

Thank you Peter from customer services for resolving this issue. You were true to your word and have paid the discount into my account sooner than I expected. Maybe Dreams could avoid future issues by passing on your customer skills to branch employees.

This is the second double divan and full headboard I have bought. Louise in the Gallagher Retail Park was more than helpful. Her knowledge was extensive and was able to guide me accordingly to make two excellent choices . I highly recommend Dreams.

Great customer service, from online order to delivery!

Excellent service from the assistant who went out of the way to help us get the mattress we really wanted.

We visited the store on Saturday for a new mattress Louise was absolutely amazing she went through the machine to tell us what suited best before demonstrating different mattresses, she helped us by looking after our daughter and offering us drinks, she went above and beyond to be kind and helpful, we picked a matress. On day of delivery we got a call the day before to confirm, the gentleman who came were so polite and took our mattress upstairs, appeared friendly. Staff service throughout was impeccable! 5*

Mattress ordered was also fantastic best night sleep ever since purchasing it.
