Everything went brilliantly from ordering in store.to delivery and fitting.cannot fault this company. Manager in store know is onions lol.

Great and very friendly customer service.

Polite and welcoming member of staff met our bespoke needs for a headboard we needed, great price, on time free delivery and two very professional and courteous delivery men, completed the experience.

Went into dreams and the sales staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.When the bed arrive the delivery guys were on time , even a phone call to say exactly what time they will be arriving. Se the bed up where I wanted. Since then I've had such comfortable nights sleep x

Only negative for me was the dismantling of old bed, I struggled on my own to break it up and put mattress in bag, I would have paid extra for this service but not an option sadly

I met with a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff in store that helped me focus in on which mattress was going to best for my comfort and sleep style. Easy purchase and then a free delivery - not as soon as I would of liked as I was very keen. The delivery was booked for the following week and I was kept updated in the meantime. On the day, the delivery guys called when on the way so very easy to arrange to collect. Arrived in a good package and condition. My mattress is fantastic. All in all perfect at every stage - thank you 🙏

We purchased a bed frame in store in Coventry. The staff were superb in every way. The delivery was perfect, even informing a 2 hour slot. Highly recommend the customer service and experience.

I purchased my mattress from Coventry Dreams, and it was a brilliant experience right from when I entered the shop Louise the sales Lady was fantastic, I had a go on the bed computer and then went around the shop and tried the mattress the computer and Louise recommended, and come up with the mattress I felt was best for me, it was Dreams latest mattress, I tuck delivery on the morning it was delivered, the delivery driver called me 1 hour before and said he would be there in 20 minutes, they tuck my old mattress away and fitted my new mattress to my bed, right from going into Dreams of coventry to buy my mattress to having it delivered, the hole experience was fantastic, and I have had brilliant night's sleep on my new mattress every since, it's so comfortable, unbelievable service from Dreams Coventry, thanks.
