Dreams in Gravesend
Caroline at Dreams in Gravesend was very helpful, I told her our budget and type of mattress we was looking for. She showed us a few that matched the criteria let us test them out and gave us some time to make our decision which was great as we go to go back and forth to make sure the one we chose was right.
The process was nice and smooth, she even chucked in free pillows and a mattress protector which was a nice touch.
Overall very happy with my experience today Dreams in Gravesend.

Came to the gravesend branch. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Approached multiple times to check if any help needed. Drinks offered and then helped to completion when eventually decided what we wanted. Caz was very helpful.

Amazing mattress, better quality of life!
Customer Service Assistant Caz (aka elf on the shelf) attend to us straight away and made it an enjoyable experience from the get go. Very professional, extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. If she wasnt there I think I would have walked out empty handed.
The mattress I bought is sooo amazing after 6 months of back pain, I'm feeling an improvement. Its so comfortable I can't wait to come home from work and go to bed everyday. My sleep quality has improved significantly which is also having a positive impact on my quality of life!

Dreams delivery x3 beds
Always able to answer questions when i called the store, able to amend the dwlivery daye easily as we were moving so needed to change things a few times, friendly helpful staff, and the delicery team were amazing! Working full on in the heat, the were effiecient, helpful and polite. Would 100% recommend!

We ordered a new bed with Dreams in early Feb.
After some initial problems Nick Walsh from the customer care team got involved and I am pleased to say hew was extremely helpful and resolved all of the issues.

The staff in Dreams were really helpful. And the delivery guys brilliant. They contacted me about 15 minutes before they arrived, and put my new mattress on our bed, and took away our one.
