Not happy with the bed too high in height Dreams told me it's a £90.00 charge to change it my sister bought a bed from different company 3 times they changed her bed at no cost now that's what I call a service..poor service from Dreams go somewhere else to buy a bed.

Sue and Reece were outstanding today. We loved the mattress, but probably wouldn't have brought one today if it wasn’t for their great customer service.

Very good customer service. I was offered a drink and was given a good service. The manager and staff who I believe was a new starter, both were incredible.
They also recommended a good pillow which I bought and also gave me a bag to recycle my old mattress and explained the delivery process

Had a great experience at the Gravesend Store! Reece, the manager, and Guy, the salesman, were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect bed, mattress, and pillows. Reece was super flexible with our timing needs, arranging an appointment that worked perfectly for us. Really happy with our purchase – thanks for the excellent service!

We were greeted at the door by Imran who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the products in store. We tried out the sleep match which recommends 5 different mattresses to suit your needs but you don’t have to choose one of them. Paperwork & payments were very clearly explained, along with details about the delivery keeping us up to date throughout the process.
