Friendly and helpful
The staff were very helpful and friendly, even offered us a coffee. The mattress is superb and very comfortable. It was delivered by friendly staff who even took away our old mattress. Would highly recommend Dreams.

We have bought 2 double ottaman beds…
We have bought 2 double ottaman beds for 2 separate bedrooms now from the Grimsby store and sales staff was excellent as always and the communication from dreams for delivery was excellent and the delivery was on time as promised, great couple of lads that put the bed together job well done.
I will definitely be recommending and using Grimsby store again

Excellent Service
Malcolm at the Grimsby store was very welcoming. He made us a drink and discussed our needs. We did the bed test and Malcolm discussed the mattresses which were suitable for us. He had good product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for him.
We felt like valued customers and would recommend Malcolm and Dreams as a great place to buy a bed.

We had a great experience in the Grimsby dreams store
We had a great experience in the Grimsby store . Malc let us try just about every mattress in there ! We eventually found the right one for us which came with free pillows and mattress protector. Delivery was fairly quick , we thought it would be much longer so happy with that. Overall we would definitely recommend them !

After spending months trying to find a suitable super king mattress, we found one at Dreams Very helpful staff at the grimsby store. Spent time to show us their range of suitable beds. Even the two guys who delivered our mattress where great. Friendly, helpful and very good at their job.

New small double bed and mattress.
From walking into the showroom to the bed and mattress being delivered the service from all different departments involved was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend dreams to any of my friends and relatives.

Helpful, nice natured, friendly and knowledgable staff were there to help us make a choice, without trying to bamboozle. Mattress was delivered exactly when promised and we love it! We made the right choice, but were confident that even if we hadnt we could change it without fuss. Excellent.

Only went into store for a mattress…
Only went into store for a mattress topper however bought a new mattress and so pleased we did !!!!.Staff so professional friendly knowledgeable and helpful at the Grimsby branch .We purchased a super king Harrison Spinks mattress which is absolutely fantastic.Thank you dreams Grimsby you are a credit to the company .

Popped in on the way to Currys on the…
Popped in on the way to Currys on the off chance I'd find something but wasn't hopeful, I've had a bad back every morning for months and I know its my ill suited mattress. The boys were friendly and helpful without being pushy, I explained what I was looking for and we got cracking. I found what I was looking for and had bought it within about 45 minutes. Spacious store, knowledgeable and friendly staff that were attentive. Only issue I HAVE TO WAIT!! Not my strongest virtue. They are removing and recycling my old mattress for me and if I'm not happy they will take the mattress back within a set time frame, very happy me!!
