Excellent service, we ordered 4 mattresses and they were delivered really efficiently for us. Kieran and John were super helpful and bought them upstairs for us, after clarifying what we wanted where, very polite too.
Also the staff in the grimsby store were really helpful when choosing a mattress each, they didn't rush us or force us into anything and gave us lots of advice as to what may suit us best, and for different price ranges and needs too.

Served by Malcolm at the Grimsby store who was brill. Talked over the difference between various products. Helped us get the best deal possible. Not a fan of the pillows we got, they seem differant to how they felt in store but other than that so far I'm very happy with our purchase and am sleeping much better.

Great service in the Grimsby branch, the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and was not pushy, allowed us time to try out mattresses and make our minds up with no pressure selling. They had a good selection of mattresses and the sale price meant we got a bargain :)

Let me test out a few mattresses when I explained how I sleep and that I struggle with Back ache, he never rushed or pushed towards the expensive range. Managed to get a lovely mattress waiting for it to be delivered.

Grimsby Dreams staff were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable on their mattress products and my daughter used the “Sleepmatcher” and this helped identify which mattress would be suitable. After lots of testing and questions we purchased a mattress, with all purchase options explained and delivery options. Really good customer service.

The bed was so simple, easy and quickly put together.
It was just slightly shorter in length which was to our advantage as we have fitted wardrobes at the foot of the bed and hardly any room to pass, so gives us a little more room, which is great.

First time I’ve ever used Dreams and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement used the local Grimsby branch so if there were any issues this could be resolved locally but how wrong this turned out to be..mattress that was delivered was nothing like the one in the show room was informed ours needs to bed in but this wasn’t explained to us on purchase ( you may have to suffer with the bad back whilst this beds in for 4 weeks ) so went into local branch to try to get my issue resolved only to be informed they haven’t completed the relevant training so I’ll have to call customer services myself. Well this was another timely and disappointing experience sat on hold for 45mins then had to go online to pay more money to get the new mattress we require as the computer wasn’t working there end , told we will have to but up with our bed for 4 weeks more as there are none in stock plus to add to this poor service wasn’t even offered any form off discount…will not use the company again guess your better off using smaller local family run businesses rather than the corporate machine that Dreams clearly are… AVOID AT ALL COSTS
