Visited local store salesperson greeted very polite knew to product and was unhurried

We had a very pleasant experience when bought our mattress at Dreams Halifax the staff were so friendly upon arrival. The staff were professional when giving advise regarding our mattress and said feel free to browse around and ask questions should we need any help. We are extremely happy with our mattress and would definitely recommend Dreams Halifax to friends and family.

We had a very good experience in the Halifax store. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Dec left us to browse when we wanted to and was there to help when we needed him.

We visited the Halifax store with intentions of purchasing a new bed and mattress,Dec at the store was excellent in his job and made sure we got the right bed and mattress we required.

My wife and I were very pleased by the lack of pressure shown by the staff at Dream when we went to look at mattresses and yet they were available to help at any time even when the store was busy. The mattress we bought was one that we chose after laying on half the beds in the store and in the price range we had in mind. It was a pleasant experience.

I couldn't have imagined a better service! From the staff in store up until delivery! Very well exceeded my expectations! Friendly, warm and accommodating colleagues. Respectful of what we specifically wanted and where the a super-king sized bed was going to be placed. Delivery arrived 5mins early which was very convenient, wore shoe coverings as well and made sure I was aware on how they were going to set-up the bed. Also gave a demonstration on how to safely use the ottoman bed after they have built the unit! Very well pleased!

The customer service at Dreams in Halifax was extremely thorough and helpful, they really wanted to find the right mattress for me, took time to answer my questions and show me the range.
Delivery was exactly as planned.

Dec was very helpful in store and recommended a variety of mattresses, we then picked the first one we tried and it really made a difference, the whole sales process was flawless and we even got discounted items for our new mattress

Delivery was excellent & I was kept informed at all times, the delivery driver was courteous & took great care to get our mattress to the first floor, he also advised on the best way to unpack and recommended a 'turn' schedule, the whole process took about 15 mins

Me and my partner had a really positive experience at Dreams, and will be highly recommending to friends and family.
The whole experience was very personalised - something we have not experienced at smaller independent stores.
Elsewhere, it has felt slightly uncomfortable lying down on the mattresses, which is essential to finding the perfect fit. However at Dreams, we were given our own pillows and highly encourage to try each one.
We were asked for details including price range and urgency of delivery and recommendations were tailored accordingly. It was very important to us that the bed and mattress were delivered quickly, and so without even having to ask, the man that served us was searching the available delivery dates for each bed and mattress we seemed to show an interest in.
We did not feel rushed or watched, and were offered multiple refreshments.
We were also informed about add-ons and deals.
The service that we received was definitely a large contributing factor to why we bought both our mattress and bed from Dreams.

From ordering to delivery to assembly, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the purchase.

Great service in store - helpful but not pushy. Importantly, the sofa bed we were interested in was on display, which was key to us making the purchase. Not prepared to buy it just on the basis of a photograph! Lead time on delivery was good, and the sofa arrived on time, with no issues. Delivery team were very courteous and helpful. Very pleased with the sofa bed.
