Best mattress, best price, best service. What else could I ask for? The first one I bought we did not like it, when I asked to Change it, there was no problem, no questions asked, they changed it straight away. I will say they are the best company to deal with. Many thanks Dreams.

A very highly knowledgable sales person and accomodated all our needs and exceeded expectations.

Very welcoming staff. A variety of mattresses are available. There is a sleep machine that helps you decide what mattress is best for you.

I was served by a young gentleman called Aman. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding the products sold within the store. He greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel at ease. My shopping experience was great. In the end I brought the most comfortable bed and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Aman for your great advice and I’ll definitely be returning.

The sales rep was amazing, just like a Doctor of beds, she knew her stuff, the installation team did a good job apart from the small details, they left some packaging still attached to the bed with lots of small plastic tags , a very sharp piece of metal was found inside the ottoman storage area, a lovely bed but a bit too expensive, the headboard I thought was overpriced at £599 the mattress at £1399 a bit too much apart from that it’s the best bed I’ve ever owned a great nights sleep very comfortable and good for my bad back 👍

Everything was great from the start. The staff at the store we’re helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team were on time and friendly. They also assembled our bed and did a great job and were careful taking the bed/mattress up the stairs.

Good customer service from both the store (Hayes) and the delivery team. The Lightning McQueen Cars bed is great and our son absolutely loves it! Not too difficult to put together either… took 2 of us 40mins.
