Our Reception from your Dreams, Northfield Avenue, Kettering staff was excellent in helping us to find the appropriate mattress for our needs.
The new mattress was delivered on time, taken upstairs, placed on the bed and the old ones removed as requested.

Good Service from the start with purchasing my mattress from the Dream's store in Kettering through to delivery from two delivery men who took care with bringing my mattress through my home and took my old mattress away.

I was tested for the correct mattress in the shop, not essential but advisable action to do. The guy’s that delivered the bed and mattress were polite and efficient, no complaints at all. I would give Dreams a 10/10

Bought new double beds for our 2 grandchildren. There was some really good offers because we bought 2 and delivery was spot on time. The kids say they don't mind going to bed now.

Ease of delivery of new mattress. Comfortable nights sleep.

From the moment we walked in Lisa made us feel at ease. She showed us all of the options and helped us use the testing equipment to narrow down our search. At no point did she try and force a sale. We hadn't gone into to the store with the intention of committing that day, but due to the nature of her service and the fact that we were given time to test, test and test again, we decided to order.

From entering the store to delivering was great good staff the delivery men were polite you could not ask for more in this day and age as I find some shops it is a effort for some people to serve you

The initial chat in your Kettering store with Iisa followed up with a quick chat with the manager left me happy with my order. The main thing was the delivery with James and the other chip whose name i missed. There professional demeanor and helpfulness was outstanding. It is easy to moan and offer criticism and I am one of the old guard who are not easy to placate. The service I received from yourselves was absolutely superb and I cannot recommend you enough. Sure it not cheap but I got exactly what I wanted for my money. So just to finish , thank you dreams

Efficient, punctual and friendly. No fuss, no mess.

We were told the bed we ordered came with the headboard. When we asked for the difference in price without the headboard we were told it was not much, so we said ok we will get rid of the headboard we had and we would have the one that came with the bed. Bed arrived without the headboard. call the store who told me the headboard was extra and that beds are never sold with a headboard. Which is a lie as my son brought a bed from Dreams previously which came with the headboard. I was told they would speak to Daniel the next day as he was not in that day and come back to me, no one came back to me. As we were told the bed came with a headboard I actually got rid of the headboard I had ready for the new bed, now I have had to purchase a new headboard, but not from Dreams. Not a happy customer about being clearly lied to.
