Very helpful staff, no pressure to buy, able to try the bed fully and very good value for money. The best experience ever, far supperior to other stores we looked at. And the cup of coffee helped.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Kettering store. The staff are lovely and Mina was so helpful. We only went for a pillow but after using the latest in store technology we purchased a new mattress too.

My experience was brilliant. The lady that helped me was Lisa. She was very Knowledgeable and very friendly.
Was offered a hot drink. Lisa didn't rush me when I was trying out the beds and pillows. Lisa gave me time to think it all over. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought a mattress. It arrived when they said it would. The mattress is nice and comfy . I had another one two years ago,it too is lovely. The service Dreams have given to me has been perfect.

Dreams kept us updated throughout. The delivery men were very helpful.

Great experience from first entering the store,using the sleep assessment beds to ascertain which type of bed 2as for us.
The purchase phase was explained thoroughly by a very knowledgeable guy,who talked us through everything.
Updates prior to delivery fabulous and as for the guys who brought it and assembled it ,they were polite efficient and knowledgeable too. Well done Dreams Kettering.

Great visit at Dreams Kettering! Staff was helpful and friendly, and we got a great mattress, exactly what we needed. Prices were very competitive as well, as they had a sale. Delivery was super quick, and the delivery man was on time and friendly. Overall a good experience!

Dan from dreams was amazing. Helped us with our choice. But the delivery men were awful! They were dragging my mattress across the grass and then one of the males who knocked on my door was about to walk off if I didn't open my door in 1 minute longer. Then they were dragging my brand new mattress across the floor into my house. I asked if they could put it by the stairs, they huffed and then one of the guys were looking around my house as to see If there was anyone else here. I felt awfully uncomfortable. One of the males just walked out leaving the front door open. No words. The second male then toke a photo and then left. No words. I said oh is that it? He said yes bye. I thought that was awfully rude aswell. If I knew the delivery service was like this, I won't be ordering from dreams again.
