Good advice on which mattress would suit for a spare room. There were some problems with the computer system to give me a delivery date but all was resolved. The lady who helped me was polite and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately what I had noticed was that there was Only ONE Member of Staff who had to deal with everything😱😭, because the Companies Management don't care about their employees anymore just the money they take in, SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT 👎👎👎👎👎

salesperson Aaron was great, very polite and welcoming, showed us a few mattresses that might suit us before then setting us up on the sleep machine which was a nice experience, his customer service was great from start to finish, even offering us water before sitting down to complete the sale, was very happy and will be back in future, Aaron is a credit to your company

Great service at the store in Kirkcaldy. Staff very helpful and informative and loved the fact that our sleep position etc could be analysed and recommend the best mattress to suit our needs and body size, shape etc.
