The company kept me fully informed from beginning to end of the buying and delivery process. Delivery team were excellent - professional friendly and efficient - and arrived within the allotted time slot.
The beds are well made and very comfortable, the mattresses are thick and heavy. They are for the guest room and they have all found them very comfortable.
Beds were made in the local factory and I am delighted with this business which supports out economy. Well done to everyone at Dreams.

Kirkcaldy Dreams store is a wonderful store to go into and the staff is really knowledgeable. Clare was very attentive and listened to us. The Dreams delivery drivers were amazing. As I'd bought an ottoman bed they asked which side I'd like it working from. I had paid for it to be built up.
They were polite & answered any questions I had.
They left the room as they found it
and cleared away all packaging.

We were kept very well informed from the time that the crew collected the bed from the warehouse up until their arrival at our house.
The first thing that the crew of three did was put on overshoes. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked as a team. They assembled the bed and made sure that we were happy with their work. This was an example of how a delivery should be made.
