The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant.

Ordered new bed and on day of delivery received email, text and voicemail with contact info for delivery driver, informing me of estimated time of arrival which was really helpful. Michael arrived and straight away put on shoe covers. He and his colleague both had face masks on. They were really careful carrying bed and mattress upstairs and avoided knocking against any walls or furniture. Bed was put together really quickly and Michael made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

I was impressed with Kirkcaldy store from the minute I entered. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable about their products. Nothing too much bother for them. Offered a drink and felt extremely safe With covid restrictions in place. Were delighted with the products recommended for us. Would certainly recommend Dreams.

Dreams delivered a faulty bed ( big whole in the base) apparently it will take 2 weeks to replace therefore leaving me with no bed for my daughter (secured one through a friend)

I visited Dreams in Kirkcaldy's Fife Central Retail Park. Aaron who served me was excellent and very. He helped me choose 2 beds and the appropriate mattresses. I was also informed of an upcoming reduction in in-store beds and he contacted immediately the sale started so I was able to buy a third bed at a greatly reduced price. I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds and mattresses

Purchased mattress in store along with insurance and mattress protector after a NEW salesman measured mattress and said size is suitable to what we required. Returned home checked ordered mattress online only to find out it is actually 8cm shorter in height than what salesman told us. This was on Saturday. Sunday morning called branch salesman measured again after we queried came back with a different size so we went to our local branch to check ourselves. Sales woman could not even read the tape measure properly I had to physically measure it myself. Which was even smaller than expected. Asked for a refund in out local branch. Told they can only refund their own branch stock and that I would have to go back to other branch out of town. But she ended up calling other branch to enquire. They said I would have to contact customer services myself to get a full refund But they not open on Sunday. She also said that I would have to return the mattress protector all the way back to branch I ordered from before full refund could be given which we did in torrential weather conditions on the Sunday. Told by original salesman don't worry branch manager will sort, and contact customer service and call me back on the Monday guess what no call. Had to call customer service myself and explain, they said they could only refund mattress and insurance cost and branch need to refund mattress protector. A week later no refund for protector called branch said they will speak to Manager and he/ she will call me. 2 days later still no call. Phoned branch again and sales said he forgot to pass message on to manager and will call him to find out. Still waiting on an answer. Total nightmare service with sales staff who don't have a clue and unhelpful manager would not recommend.

Exceptional service, from entering Dreams store, to delivery. Very professional and friendly service from store staff to delivery staff, we were treated with great respect and nothing was too much trouble. All area’s of the purchase was explained fully, will definitely recommend to anyone else as it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent service polite, Friendly and Helpful Staff who do not pressure you into Buying.
Pity the Company Computer system was again not working Hence only 4 stars, not a reflection on the store staff who were working under difficult conditions but still remained cheerful and professional well done.
