Aminah has been extremely helpful. Her knowledge and expertise were very reassuring enabling us to make the right choice on a new mattress. Staff in the Bradford store are very friendly. We are very happy with the service we have received. Highly recommended.

Easy visit to dreams Livingston today. We were helped by Bill who was easy going, not pushy and listened to what we wanted. We have come away with a new mattress and two new pillows. We really liked the sleep machine too - how cool!

Went into Dreams at Erdington retail park today such a huge selection of beds and mattresses to choose from. With the expert help of Tracey we purchased a lovely new mattress. Could not fault Tracey’s customer service she was amazing, a very friendly girl.

Had a sleep match which was fun! Then found a mattress that suited us with a very exciting ottoman bed frame!!

Leah at the Basingstoke branch was kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the products. She clearly understood the ask and led me through some good bargains while offering to go the extra mile to deliver some of the items to my home at no extra charge. Always great service at the Basingstoke branch. 3rd purchase and happy with Basingstoke staff service.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable and the sale was quick and efficient. No hard sell.
The computer system was new but this did not detract from our experience.

Justine provided a fantastic service today at the Metro centre Dreams store. They helped myself and my partner with purchasing a new bed frame and mattress as well as pillows and bed cover and answered every question we had with clear expertise and enthusiasm. Justine was open and honest about pricing and comparisons and we felt incredibly looked after from start to finish. Thank you Justine for all your support!

This is our second mattress from Dreams. We were served by Jav and he was truly amazing. Attentive, patient, kind and not at all pushy. No hard sale. Just good service all the way through. Will come back again. We bought a Tempur in Super King Size.

We only popped in on a whim and Pam was absolutely bloody fantastic! Along with the rest of the staff who were so welcoming! We couldn’t buy on the day but we’ll definitely be back to see Pam when we’re ready!
