We went in to the shop at lakeside, And a salesman named Daniel , Was helping us , He was very Knowledgable, My husband and I , got on to the bed that works like a machine , Then it advised what mattresses would be suitable,We decided on a mattress and bed ,Daniel was not pushy at all , We are so pleased with our new bed and mattress , It was delivered on time and set up , The guys who delivered it and put it together we so professional and quick and tidy , We would definitely recommend Dreams Beds ,

I ordered my bed from Dreams from Lakeside, Essex well before our move. Very friendly staff helped me choose my ideal bed, one with four under mattress drawers as we were downsizing. I paid extra to have the old frame taken away and the new one assembled. Dreams men did a good job, no problems and all went smoothly. Three weeks later and no problems plus a good nights sleep every night.

Lakeside , we was apporach by a really nice woman dam forgot her name.sorry Blonde hair glasses. . She took her time , was really helpful she left myself and Partner to try.
No pushy sales just pure help we made a purchased of a mattress got delivered no issues. Excellent service. We did try other stores ,but Dreams was the best

We had a fantastic experience at the shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to try out several mattresses while patiently explaining everything we needed to know. A huge thank you to the delivery team for their hard work in assembling our bed and expertly maneuvering our super king-size mattress upstairs. We truly appreciate the excellent service!

Great service from end to end with my mattress. I visited the store in Lakeside. I received no pressure from the sales staff to purchase a mattress. They were super helpful, very informative and allowed me to take my time. I visited twice before I purchased. Delivery was earlier than the predicted date (which was a bonus), the delivery guys did a great job, wearing shoe coverings before they entered my home and delivered my mattress and removed my old mattress quickly and efficiently.
