Really disappointed.
They were closing in 5 minutes when we arrived and we were straight away told this by a member of staff, to then 1 minute later ask a member of staff about a bed, they told us ‘we close in 4 minutes’.
So we left as we found it quite rude, we went to bensons for beds who also shut in 5 minutes, however they invited us in, and within 10 minutes we had bought a bed due to their amazing customer service!

Every thing was great until we found out that we would have to assemble the bed ourselves!!!! This was not mentioned to us in the show room so beware the delivery people were excellent. Sales person was excellent but failed to mention assembly detail

The buying of the right bed made easy. The whole process was simple, laid on a machine bed to determine what firmness would be best. We then laid on a number of mattresses to find the best that suited us and our pocket.

I have purchased Hyde and sleep mattress in 2022 with 5 years warranty the order number is 047A042554. It deeps now and due to that I am having severe shoulder and back pain. I called them and engineer visited and mentioned that it is not faulty, however still it doesn’t resolve the issue and I asked for the replacement or exchange but there is no satisfactory response from dreams.
Very disappointing experience……

Plenty of attentive staff, easy process, and delivery into the room.

Preeti in Thurrock store was fantastic. Confident, friendly, and efficient. We felt like we were in safe hands and she listened carefully to our preferences and made helpful recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about the products, gave us time and space to ask questions which ultimately meant we felt confident in making a purchase.

The service in the store at Lakeside was excellent, the assistants were very knowledgable about the products, and did their very best to get us the best price.

On the day of delivery, the guys were brilliant, prompt, tidy and worked to deliver and assemble the new bed.

we found a bed that met all our needs and it looks great. The sales process could be improved as we felt the person that initially introduced us to this choice was dealing with other customers at the same time. So at the desk we were left for few minutes alone to fill in details on computer ourselves. But delivery and building it was great. The delivery team were very friendly and took good care of the surroundings as we had just tiled the room ready for the bed.

So far so good. The female member of staff who served us was very helpful. The mattress was delivered quickly and the delivery men showed respect for my home and property. The mattress is very comfortable. I’ve noticed from day one, there is a slight dip when I get up in the morning and only time will tell if this is part of the natural style of this product or if is sign of a future problem, but so far it is very comfortable.

Extremely helpful staff in the store. The manager, who we bought through was very professional, and knowledgeable about the Mattresses, and the availability of them. The delivery guys did their best in getting the mattress up the stairs, quite difficult due to headroom on the stairs.

Was really helped at the showroom spending lots of time trying out new mattresses, delivery was excellent & our new mattresse is so comfortable giving us a good nights sleep .
