We were made to feel very comfortable. The knowledge provided was perfect to help us choose our new mattress. The entire process from the moment we entered the store to leaving was smooth, enjoyable and easy. Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Customer service T Dreams
Well the staff at Dreams where welcoming friendly and helpful. They didn't push a sale but made sure I was aware they were there if I needed them. Did the dreams bed test. Then shown which mattresses were suitable in that range. Advice was given on bases and headboards but left to wander and choose which ones I wanted.

We had a good experience. Thanks to Jas who welcomed us and tried her best. Also it was easy with an exchange (we decided smaller duvet), they swapped with no problem.

Fabulous bed for the spare room
Fabulous bed for the spare room. The mattresses we bought are really good quality too. The underneath bed is very easy to pull out & put up. Would highly recommend these. They're ideal for when expected/unexpected guests come to stay.
