Great service from end to end with my mattress. I visited the store in Lakeside. I received no pressure from the sales staff to purchase a mattress. They were super helpful, very informative and allowed me to take my time. I visited twice before I purchased. Delivery was earlier than the predicted date (which was a bonus), the delivery guys did a great job, wearing shoe coverings before they entered my home and delivered my mattress and removed my old mattress quickly and efficiently.

Fabulous bed

Really helpful lady Preeti who put us at ease and was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses and the sleep machine really helped us choose the right mattress.

Well made, robust sofa bed that has proved to be comfortable as both a sofa and a bed. Converting from either the sitting or sleeping position is easy; the pull out section slides effortlessly out particularly on wooden flooring. A mattress topper was purchased to enhance comfort but is not a must-have requirement. Very happy with my purchase.

Daughter decided she needed new mattress so went to showroom. Assistant was very helpful and they had a bed which rates which mattress is best.
Delivery of mattress was very good. We knew what day it was coming and then was phoned afternoon before to tell approximately what time, all went very smoothly.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the store manager and Richard for their exceptional service during my recent visit. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect beds for my new home. Their expertise in selecting high-quality products made the experience so much easier, and I truly appreciate their patience and attention to detail. To top it off, they also offered a complimentary pillow and duvet, which was such a nice surprise! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and products. Highly recommend this store!
