Dreams - Llandudno Reviews 

Came into Dreams today in Llandudno North Wales, looking for a bed base and headboard. Sales lady Carla was there to greet us, she was brilliant and explained the different styles they had to offer. Once we'd chosen the one for us we were then directed to Mike who sorted delivery and payment. We were offered a hot drink which was nice as it was a bit chilly outside. We were that highly satisfied we came back the next day and ordered another bed base for our spare room. Can't get any better than that!!! We would highly recommend this company .

There was a wide range of mattresses available to try in store. The staff made choosing the best mattress for us an easy process with the use of state of the art technology.
There was no pressure to buy and the staff were patient and friendly.

Staff helpful and polite, kept well informed of delivery,delivered within the timeslot quoted.

From choosing our bed to it beibg delivered and built everything went really well.

Most retailers are helpful but then they are those that go the extra mile which we experienced with Carla in Llandudno. We found her very patient and helpful as we took a long time choosing our bed leaving us to browse but attentive when we needed help. Furthermore she was very helpful changing our delivery date when we needed to.

I can heartily recommend Dreams for anyone wishing to buy a bed. Our experience with them was excellent…could not have been improved in any way. The people in the shop were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and the process of buying them.
The delivery men, three of them, were exceptionally good, right from the very beginning. They were very helpful…nothing at all was any trouble to them and they were totally efficient in carrying out the delivery. I hope they receive very just praise for the job they did.

Have bought from Dreams on two occasions over the last few years, both times I've had exceptional customer service, excellent product knowledge on a wide range of times and prices. I had a very clear and thorough buying experience. They've delivered on time and the products have been great. I also took my elderly parents to buy a bed and mattress at a different store, they also received exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I now personally make them my go to place for beds and mattresses.

Recently dealt with two separate Dreams stores, in Manchester in October and in Llandudno this month. Excellent advice and service in both stores, free coffee nice touch, you’re made to feel valued. Communication and deliveries were spot on. Jake and Mark delivered and assembled Ottoman in Llandudno last week, and gave advice - I wish all companies were so efficient!

Delivered carefully and old mattress taken away, all the free accessories arrived 4 days later, and all fits together well. We are very satisfied with our new sleeping arrangements. The Tempur Pillows are especially good.
