Absolutely amazing. My daughter bought a new bed and mattress. We bought a new mattress. They offered us the machine to find out what mattress would suit us. Very helpful, no hard sell. Definitely recommend this store in Llantrisant.

We received a first class service from Jonathan in the Llantrisant store. From the moment we stepped in side, we were given all the information and assistance needed to find the perfect mattress for us, but also plenty of time to decide and never felt pressured. He was such a friendly person and made us feel like valued customers. Getting to try the special bespoke mattress fitter was also really helpful in guiding us to the right mattress. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in to the delivery and installation Dreams took care of us. Very polite, pleasant, approachable and took care of our every need. The sales assistant was brilliant and so was the delivery team and installation of the bed and mattress.

I bought a mattress from Dreams many years ago, but hadn’t set foot in any of their showrooms for at least 15 years or more. I went to the Talbot Green showroom and the customer service was brilliant from the word go. Nothing was too much trouble for Jonathan, their staff member, and he is a credit to their organisation. I was in the store for no more than 20 minutes, but in that time, I’d bought a bed and a mattress and agreed on the delivery date.

The bed and mattress was delivered as arranged, and everything was done as it should have been done, including taking away the old bed and mattress, and the Dreams delivery guys assembling the new bed and taking away all the packaging.

Would I recommend Dreams to anyone else? Too right I would! The entire experience was seamless and everyone I had dealings with, were totally customer focussed and professional.

Best decision ever had the best sleep ever

Dreams staff are generally friendly and helpful but our experience in Llantrisant this weekend was above and beyond. John, the salesman dealing with us was excellent and could not have been more engaged, informed and keen to make sure we were getting what best suited our needs. On top of this he was bright and good humoured and we felt very relaxed dealing with him. Thanks.
