Extremely smooth transition from placing the order at the store to receiving the delivery. The delivery team were 5 star, keeping in touch on what time, they would be making delivery, cleaning up after themselves and doing a great job with the installation.

Great experience buying our second mattress from Dreams. The staff are friendly without being pushy in any way. We took our time about choosing which mattress to buy and never felt under any pressure from the sales staff. The mattress is super comfortable and the delivery was as promised.

The installers were prompt, courteous and really helpful.

The staff were amazingly helpful. They gave us a bed survey and sorted us out with the mattresses we required. We were given a cup of coffeee and trated like we were very special customers.

From the in store service (thanks Farzana) to the delivery men and the follow up's we have had since - fantastic customer service throughout and would recommend with high praise. We were very well looked after in store and didn't feel upsold at all. The delivery men were so polite and friendly, came with their own shoe covers and then immediately took a mattress back that had a small defect. We were given a replacement extremely promptly which was organised by a phone call from Dreams immediately afterwards - we didn't even have to reach out!

It’s rare to encounter such a genuine commitment to creating a positive customer experience, and I truly appreciated the care and effort they put into every interaction.

Very pleased with Dreams re the customer service provided both in the store and by the delivery drivers . The Kirkham combination mattress I purchased was good value at the price and is extremely comfortable, I’d say it’s slightly softer than medium

Everything went to plan and the delivery staff even wore protective slippers.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Faz, in the showroom was very helpful without being pushy. I was kept well informed regarding delivery. Christopher and the other two delivery guys were very respectful and helpful.
We would definitely use Dreams again.i have no hesitation in recommending Dreams

Value for money.. Nothing like a good night sleep from dreams💯%... Also sale person was amazing because i only went to have a look BUT end up buying a good sleep.

We went into our local store , the team were recently helpful we spent most of our time with daniel who knew the answers to our questions but was willing to challenge us over our choices to make the best choice he was patient with us and our 4 year old , can't beat being able to walk into a shop to see and feel all the combinations
