Dreams - Manchester Reviews 

My partner and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for some time and finally decided to visit Dreams in-store in order to use the sleepmatch tool and find the best mattress for us to make sure we were spending our money in the best way. We visited the store at White City retail park in Manchester and from start to finish the service was incredible. Danny took us through the sleepmatch proccess, showed us all the mattresses and listened to our never-ending list of questions in order to help us find the right mattress for us, being super open, honest and transparent throughout the process. His quality of service, friendly nature and really keen understanding of the products in-store were second-to-none. I work in retail at HQ for a brand and it is rare to find such amazing staff who are so tuned into the service they offer so it's kudos to Danny and also the hiring team at this particular store! Since our experience in-store we've recommended the service widely and I believe three of our friends have been in for sleepmatching and bought new mattresses.

I must also give a shout out to the delivery team who removed our old mattress and delivered our new one - Chris & Darren. They were so helpful and friendly, went through all the mattress care and were really a pleasure. Again it's not often you get delivery teams that take the time to listen to your questions and answer with care and consideration like Chris & Darren!

Overall an amazing experience from the team and the mattress itself is unreal. My quality of sleep has been the best it has been in years, I don't wake up with any soreness in any joints which was the initial reason we wanted to sleepmatch to make sure whatever we bought would work best for us. I couldn't recommend the service and the products any more highly!! For anyone looking to buy a new mattress they also have a lot of payment options if you do want to invest in something that is high quality but want to spread out any payments in order to get the best quality night sleep you can!

Great experience from start to finish. Customer service 10/10, lovely experience trying beds in the shop with a hot chocolate. Delivery came exactly when it said (delivery people were also very friendly and efficient)

It so god but you changed delivery day so it affect my work time our agreement was on Sunday you sent on Tuesday

Staff helpful from the get go, offering great advice on the different types of construction or coils. Our final choice has turned out to be a good fit. The delivery men were polite and quick, in and out in minutes! Respectful of property too, put on protective shoe covers before entering house which was a nice touch!

Danny is a nice guy since I have first met.
He was very patient to let me view a number of beds, bed frames and mattresses. I must confess that I am a picky fellow.
It was very impressed by Danny to the fact of his tailor-made proposal to let me consider the "Tempur". The Tempur's "King Size" bed having one firm and one soft mattresses to suit our needs.
Thanks Danny. The Tempur has improve and slowed down my back pain in a short time.
Dream is not selling renowned bands of beds and also has quality sales executives, like Danny. It is terrific.

This our second mattress from dreams and now we have our perfect mattress the staff in dreams are excellent so helpful professional and don’t interfere with your browsing unless you ask would definitely recommend dreams to everyone superb selection of mattresses and like me and my wife was matched with the mattress we had gone in there for on the sleep match perfect

Very helpful customer services after the hydraulics on my bed failed a engineer was sent and confirmed that it was a manufacturer fault. I was then contacted by dreams who arranged a replacement for a new bed base to be delivered. Thank you for making what I thought was going to be a nightmare a dream ( no pardon for the pun ) thank you so much

Lovely guys. Worked really hard. Wore shoe protectors. Bed is fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.

Went with my mum today as she wanted a new bed etc. Richard, Salesman (from White City Retail Park) was brilliant from start to finish. Talked my mum through everything and was extremely patient. He’s a credit to the store 👍😊
