Great staff, very polite and helpful and allowed to take my own time in deciding what was most comfortable for me.
All facts given about my purchase, without being pushy, because I can’t stand pushy sales people.
I have made a purchase l feel very happy with and should I wish to change my mind, I know I can within the 100 nights sleep guarantee.

No problems whtsoever. Knew what I wanted by looking at reviews and went and bought it. Staff were brilliant, knowledgeable, not pushy and very easy to deal with. Wish they did more than beds.

The staff that served us was great The bed frame was delivered promptly all went together great although the mattress is no where near the on we tried in the shop I have to say it’s the firmest I have ever slept on Or more to the haven’t slept since having it my wife has the same problem leaving us both stiff and aching every morning we are very pleased with the frame but the mattress very disappointed and will be contacting customer services to get changed

From brilliant help in the showroom to delivery of the mattress everything was excellent.

I moved to Dorset from London recently and needed a sofa bed for the back bedroom. My sister and I went on a mission and the first two large stores were a great disappointment, especially where service was concerned - there was none! As soon as we walked into Dreams, even though there were only two assistants on duty, Hannah came up to us to offer help. It needed to be small and simple to operate as I have a back problem so I asked about single sofa beds to start with. As there are none she showed us the Haze Sofa Bed which was compact and very simple to operate. A big plus was no need for a mattress and I can now sleep two if needed. It was delivered free by the Company's delivery service the next week (1st November) and has been used by a guest for 2 nights already. Her comment was that it was "very comfortable to sleep on". It has a firm feel to lie on so wouldn't suit anyone only liking very soft mattresses. I have had difficulties with delivery companies of various sizes since my move and the fact they worked for Dreams meant they took extra trouble, didn't appear rushed and made sure I knew how it worked before leaving. All round excellent service and I am very satisfied.

Excellent service from viewing the beds right through the ordering and delivery process.
The bed we have bought is so comfortable, we are absolutely delighted with it! I have recommended Dreams to my sister and she has also bought a new bed from them.

The delivery men polite and put indoor shoes on to save my carpets brilliant 👏 took my old mattress away no problem only thing is I had to pay £20 for them to take my new mattress to my bedroom after I paid a big amount for it and I live on my own not great dreams! But you pay it as I don't have a choice.

From seeing what we wanted on the website, to visiting the store, right through to delivery and installation, the experience was excellent.
No problems with the bed, so can't comment on after-sales service.

Neil was very good he was very helpful, and he offered us everything we wanted, including a lovely pillow to try the beds.. If we could offer more stars we would...

Bed very comfortable. Delivery and bed construction friendly and efficient.

Bed frame is great, pleased with the installation, saved a job.

We had excellent customer service and the guy we had could not have done more, he made the sale easy. My mum sleep was monitored by laying under the AI, and then mum chose her base and the guy suggested a few mattresses that would be suitable, which mum tried and he was there for every step and to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We were offered a coffee, which we enjoyed while making payment, and finally the guy bought the two chosen pillows and the duvet that Mum had chosen.
Very happy with our purchase and the superb professoinal service we received from start to finish.
