We have purchased all our beds, mattresses and pillows from dreams, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The quality of all the products are very good,
The beds are extremely easy to put together.
It's also great that the products are delivered to the room of your choice.

The delivery drivers were rude to my wife , they dropped the bed outside on the floor which I have on my cctv , when my wife complained the response was “these things happen “, , when I rung up office to complain I was told it would be investigated but never got a call back

Great experience at Dreams in Slough
We had a fantastic experience buying our new mattress from Dreams in Slough. The sales associates we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable, and the mattress we bought was everything we needed it to be. We would buy from them again and highly recommend the store!

NIGHTMARE buying beds from DREAMS …
It was quite NIGHTMARE buying beds from DREAMS .
I have ordered 2 beds due to personal reasons I have to change delivery date ,every time I tried to call dreams customer service 1st time I was waited 37 minutes to connect with customer service. 2nd time I tried to call customer service its took 42 minutes to connect with customer service.
Automated voice was saying it was quite busy that's why delays however if dreams put more people to assistant customers I hope customer calls can be answered within minutes.
Finally I received delivery & bed was installed with cost .same day I realised I have to change opening side of storage compartment that's where NIGHTMARES started ,dream has given me Alan key to undo bolts and nuts some of bolts and nuts not able to fit with Alan key which provided by dreams its took entire day to just change side of opening side of compartment. ITS NOT EASY TO UNDO ANY BOLTS AND NUTS .
So be aware if you not paid for installation its not East to install bed your self .
When dreams came to fix my bed frame came with bags of tools including codeless however Dreams given me only 1 Alan key and a spanner with that 2 piece its took me entire day to change opening side of storage compartment ...
Bottom of the storage compartment is just a piece of cloth even its not stitched just sticked...

From shopping in Dreams for a new mattress
From shopping in Dreams for a new mattress, testing the dream machine, to choosing the mattress, paying for it and the delivery a couple of days later.
I can honestly say it was brilliant all staff helpful, and polite, the delivery crew went above my expectations getting it up stairs as I have a stair lift but they managed it helpful and polite
