Ashley was great and the mattress is amazing- all my life everyone told me a firm mattress was the best for a bad back.... and they were right - if you sleep on a firm mattress, you'll get a bad back! I couldn't believe they gave me the soft one, but it has done the job.

ON VISITING THE STORE A VERY NICE ASSISTANT CAME TO SEE IF HE COULD HELP WITH ANY ASSISTANCE I EXPLAINED WHAT I AS LOOKING FOR IN A NEW MATRESS AND WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR A SOFT ONE .HE SHOWED ME DIFERENT MATRESSES AND GIVE ME A PILLOW SO I COULD TRY DIFERENT ONES EXPLAINING THE DIFFERANCES IN SPRUNG /GELL/ HYDRO MATRESSES ALSO ABOUT TOPPERS AND COVERS.HE ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE A DRINK SO THOUGHTFULL.. ALSO NO PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF MY OWN MATRESS IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE HAVING A GOOD ASSISTANTS HELP AS THIS YOUN MAN CHRISTOPHER
