Dreams - Stevenage Retail Park Reviews 

I’m not really sure how dreams as a company expect their customers to buy anything from them if you can’t test out a bed/mattress ( unless it’s just particular stores?)and I also find it ageist that a child cannot try out their potential new mattress. Rude male member of staff who approached us and asked our child to get off the bed. Once he found out we were shopping for our child’s mattress his attitude changed but it was too late damage was done and the money walked out the door with us straight into Bensons for beds just across the car park who were more than happy to let our child test the bed, be approachable and more importantly helpful! I’d highly recommend this store has a customer service refresher!

The staff were excellent and they were polite, helpful and friendly.

People who delivered the bed was very lovely and even wore shoe protectors on the carpet. They neatly stacked the bed for us ready to be assembled.

We visited Stevenage Roaring Meg store earlier this week to purchase a new mattress. We were looked after by Jason who was very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. Great delivery and assembly team, very polite, clean and tidy when assembling the bed, explained all functions of the electric bed to us, kind and respectful. Can’t fault any of the service we’ve received from entering showroom to receiving our bed.

Excellent help from the shop assistant in the Dreams shop, Stevenage. There was plenty of choice of top brand mattresses at good prices. There was even a machine to lie on to assess the best type of mattress for your size! The delivery time on the mattress that I chose was four days! The guys who delivered were in and out within 5 minutes. All in all, a faultless shopping experience...not to mention, I'm now enjoying the best sleeps ever!

The salesman in the shop was very helpful and steered us in right direction. Ordered mattresses and they were delivered exactly when we were told they would.
